Pros
Since I use QuickStaff, everything in the bar has been much better. It's very easy to use and efficient. It allowed me to bring a better organization of my business.
Cons
QuickStaff at the beginning is a little difficult to know all its functions, but it is a matter of practice.

Is really simple, is does what it says it does, is a good software, simple to manage your time and your church schedule
Cons
But I think it could be more, this software could manage a lot more with so little new implementation. But it works and do its function

The current version was built on an old system that was not very uogradeable... stable and productive but not future-friendly. We are changing all that... and we can wait to show you, and build something great for you!

It's been great so far! Our team is super happy that such a once-complicated process has been greatly streamlined and they have time now to devote to other things.
Pros
Ease of use, core scheduling functionality is great, implementation was easy and their support team is very responsive. I had an hour long call with their product manager to let them know about features we'd like to see-- I've never felt more heard by a SaaS tool I've been a customer of.
Cons
It would be nice for certain features to be more granular or customziable.

Easy, User Friendly Software Speeds Up Staffing Needs

I was first skeptical using this software- I had tried a few others that had made our staffing...
I was first skeptical using this software- I had tried a few others that had made our staffing process very confusing, or just didn't fit the needs of our AV company. Within minutes I knew Quick Staff was right for us. First off, its easy to set up and add people and their job roles, and our clients. Being able to add one person to multiple job roles is a nice feature. Once the base info is in the system, its easy to create a new event with any or all details that we might need. Being able to invite people to work and event with a couple of clicks is the best part. A color coded fraction of the number of people that has accepted the event is super easy to read, and a great indicator of how many more staff we need. I love that our staff gets an email so they can see the details we have provided before they accept or decline the event. Being mobile device friendly is a huge selling point for us, being always in the go. Being able to set an auto reminder email has saved us a lot of time, and confusion as well. I also love that our staff can block out days they are not available, which then stops the admin from trying to add them to an event that the staff person is unavailable for. All in all, this software is super user friendly, and very easy to adapt to different industries' needs. It is well worth the minimal subscription fee, and has saved us a lot of headache when it comes to scheduling. I recommend 100%.

Would like to be able to add pdf's or documents.

Pros
We've drawn and rendered our landscape plans by hand since the company's founding and we've become very efficient. Now, with the program we're able to create drawings in color much more efficiently, with a high level of accuracy for production crews, and with great ease of revision to best fit clients needs.

Thank you - but I¿m not 100% sure you are referring to QuickStaff (also ¿one heck of program¿ that many wonder how they scheduled their staff before using it). If you are sending plans with QuickStaff to your staff - awesome but I have the feeling we are not the software you meant to review.

I would highly recommend this app to any company looking to simplifies the entire employee scheduling process! QuickStaffPro's customer service is first class! They truly listen to suggestions from their users and work hard to implement changes to make their program even better. I have already seen a few enhancements based on suggestions that I have made. Great job QuickStaffPro!

On a quest to make my business and my clients businesses run smoother, I set out to find a program that would simplify the process of scheduling employees. After weeks of searching for just the right program, one thing became clear. I needed to find a program that was quick to learn and easy to use not only for me, the employer, but for my employee's as well. I was about to abandon my search when I came across QuickStaffPro!
Unlike other programs, QickstaffPro has a very clean clutter free interface and is amazingly simple to use for both employer and employee!! I was literally up and running within minutes of signing up for my free 30 day trial.
If you are looking for a scheduling program that has enough features to effectively get the job done without overwhelming you and your employees, look no further!
Cons
I would love to have my Google Calendar sync with my Quickstaffpro Calendar to eliminate the need to enter events in multiple locations.

Both I and my staff are very satisfied with the functionality of the software, it keeps us in sync and aware of any changes.

At first it was a bit difficult to use but everything is a matter of adaptation. 100% recommended!!!

Prior to Quickstaff, I was using Excel spreadsheets to track my employees and their shift availability. My life changed the day I started using Quickstaff! All of my email addresses are stored, all I have to do is click a button and the request is sent. For my staff, all they have to do is click "yes" or "no" - it's so easy and works so well. Thank you Quickstaff!

I've used QS for some time now, and it has saved me an incredible amount of time and energy. We have events across the country and staff in each State, and this makes it so much easier to navigate scheduling people, seeing who's working, who's declined, who hasn't answered.

We have been using Quickstaff for our staff planning needs for more than a year now. We find Quickstaff to be an excellent tool. We are able to effectively staff our events and efficiently communicate with our team of more than 100 contract workers. We host casino parties for groups of 50 to more than 5000. Before quickstaff we used excel spreadsheets and gmail. This was a time consuming process and often resulted in overbooking and problems with staff not receiving updates in a timely manner. With Quickstaff we have found a great solution that solves these problems and many others. In addition the support team has been excellent in helping us to customize Quickstaff for our specific needs. We highly recommend Quickstaff for your staffing needs!

The more I use it, the easier it is. For our type of company, that has many layers....we need it to be a little more customized. If we could customize it to fit our needs specifically, it would be perfect.
Pros
You can SEE which employees are available and assigned to jobs easily.
Cons
If employees do not go in a block themselves out...they look available and get booked for jobs. If there are 3 day jobs, but split employees....we have to split the job.. so it gets complicated, and days got lost how they had to be recorded.

I went to when I work bc of some features quickstaff didn't have and considered popbooking.. but i am sticking with quickstaff bc of the affordable cost which will keep my pricing down to clients and keep my pay rate up for my staff. Hopefully they will add the text feature and GPS clocking feature so I won't have to switch to another provider.. almost 2 yrs of using this service and it serves a great purpose!

I like using quickstaff but the only cons to it is that if there are different shifts for the same event I have to make a new event for it. Also, I do not like how it sends staff an email everytime I update something. It spams the staff. Overall, it is a great program to use.

Pros
This is what we use at the bar and it is a great way to keep everyone in sync and in the loop. Super easy and the navigation user friendly.
Cons
It was hard getting used to after using a traditional register for so long but the change is definitely positive
