Easy to use, Plenty of features like automation, knowbot, integrations that are highly used by us and There is detailed documentation and detailed FAQ's which help us self resolve queries. They do someting innovative every month with new version.

Cons

Customer support needs to be improved,Sometime if there is error while broadcasting platform doesn't show exect error or what we need to do.

Convenient, with a clean web interface, really helpful for customer care team with a centralised whatsapp account, possibility to assign agents, great integration of a click-to-whatsapp on our website that clients love, a mobile app to handle request on the go, quick response, template management. And ZAPIER integration to automate all this!

Cons

Mobile app can still improve to have a perfect UI, would also be nice to be able to edit a template directly into wati when it's rejected by facebook

i doubt there are some hidden charges and they also charge for failed broadcast as well, its very hard to calculate the amount but yes there is no clarity on this from their end.

WATI is very reliable when we use it directly through the platform but the pricing and maintenance charges are relatively on the higher side. Moreover, the prepaid plan makes it difficult to launch sudden high-volume campaigns without recharging.

Pros

The UI of WATI is so easy and convenient to use that it does not require any separate training. Submission of templates for approval on the WATI platform is also a seamless issue. Live data shows delivery, read and replied metrics. Dedicated live agents can handle user queries on the same platform and chats can be marked as resolved. The Chatbot Builder is also fairly easy to use.

Cons

Applying delay of more than 30 seconds is not supported on the Chatbot platform and it becomes increasingly difficult to incorporate delays of several hours in specific business cases (for example when we want to send an automated feedback message to the customer after 8 hours of the user requesting a Service Request).
The clicks data is also not very reliable and the callback report does not get fed to MoEngage properly on integration.

We have been using Wati for our customer care and marketing messages on WhatsApp, and it has significantly transformed the way we interact with our clients. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of features that make managing customer interactions seamless and efficient.

Occasionally the speed of auto replies and chatbot replies is slower than expected and the customer support is not useful as the replies given are always links to articles/documentation already available which is mostly read first and since we were not able to find a solution that is when we contact customer support but it creates a useless loop.

It's made our lives so much easier when it comes to talking to parents and students.
- Sending out messages, homework, and grades is a breeze. It used to take forever, but Wati has cut that time in half.
- We love how easy it is to keep track of everything. All our messages and replies are in one place.
- Even people who aren't tech-savvy can figure out Wati. It's super simple to use.
- Parents are way more involved now that we use Wati. They know what's going on and it's awesome.
- Students are paying more attention to their schoolwork since we started using Wati.

Cons

Sometimes Wati can be a bit slow. Sending out messages to a big group can take a while. We wish there were more options for customizing the messages.
It would be great if we could schedule messages more easily in advance.

It is easy to set up the automation flow chart and the keyword action helps me to keep my contacts engaged. I can make sure that they get the details that they are searching for through setup in the chatbots with images and documents.

Sometimes it will not load even if the internet is okay, I think it is a bug or something. The tutorial video has less clarity regarding the details and didn't provide new videos for new updates

Best thing about it is that there's multiple team members you can add to wati and assign them roles, you you can also highlight chats under different categories like Active, Unassigned, Assigned etc.

Cons

Worst thing i found is that the chat gets expired in 24 hours and as a user you cannot send your clients any messages after 24 hours. Since we use it for client communications, we have to move the client to another whatsapp number in order to keep the communication up.
