Pros

I love the way it creates automated responses to client emails with predictive analytics for sales forecasting. It also acts as Email Performance Tracking and Sales engagement tool. This can be integrate with custom APIs, ensuring adaptability across multiple users and environments too.

Cons

This can be made better by improving user interface. I also encountered occasional delays in execution.

Very positive from start to being up running.

Pros

Easy to get started at no cost. Configurable pipeline management and sales automation where the system can send out emails automatically or respond automatically. Having all details on our customer of any engagement regardless of the sales person.

Cons

It's a younger product, we have seen a few issues here and there. However the team is responding quickly to those identified and keeps us informed. The product details page could be better and we like to see us self add more fields.

We grew with too many customers. Pipedrive is great product, however once you have hundreds of leads and customers Pipedrive it becomes difficult to be on top of it all. JeffreyAI gave us a bit of the pipeline management Pipedrive has with the benefit of keeping on top of things more effecient.

Pros

As a Data Scientist, I'm using JeffreyAI to learn how the AI is functioning to improve the sales and targeting the audience. Improving the product search and fetching the details using JeffreyAI's Machine Learning algorithm is my favorite feature.

Cons

Integrating and embedding is been a complex task and the rest is all excellent.

I really like simple and clear navigation, modern design without extra colors, elements, and features.
I can create any contact or step in a few clicks and work with them in the salesflow.
The campaign is launching pretty easily and in a few mins!

Pros

I like using it as it is so simple and easy to use, all my clients details are there when I need them and I can send bulk emails like at Xmas when I used to have to send them individually now I can send one email and it goes to everyone saving me to much time.

There are no cons for me with Jeffrey, It's helped me massively

the speed of the system sometimes have problems, pages loads too long, but guys working on it
