Hermix is an easy-to-use platform, helping us in daily operations and providing important information about possible competitors and Authorities. Also, we find very useful the new tool that can provide tender documents in a single zip download.

No cons, but it would be useful for us to have a filter with the minimum value of the contract in Opportunities search area.

The organisation of the content is very good.
Navigation is very simple and easy to follow.
Tools available are extremely useful.

As a platinum member, I expected all content to be available, however, this was not the case, and Hermix is monetising some content and tools even for platinum members. In my opinion this is not right.

I use Hermix for dataa analysis and it has helped a lot with better understanding my competition.

It is still a work in progress and so I have no dislikes, yet.

There is is nothing negative I can say on the product

I like how it is easy to find information about RFPs, the fact the providers are listed. This is really nice to have those information.

I think the organization of the website could be easier.

What is made out of the data (e.g. cleaning) instead of simply providing raw data.
Analysis capacity and use of AI (e.g. to summarise tender specifications).

Some features could be a bit more intuitive for new users.

Making valuable insights available at just a few clicks away.

The learning curve is steep, but once you get to know the platform, the wealth of features becomes part of the PROs

Hermix gives an easy to consult overview of the ongoing and past EU tenders and offers easy access to the key tender documents. This really speeds up the identification and the qualification process significantly.
Its also easy to find whom has executed similar projects, speeding up the identification of potential consortium members.
In short: Hermix increases my efficiency and effectiveness in submitting offers for EU tenders.

For an SME, its an investment compared to how often we use the tool.

And while it provides access to a complex data landscape, the UI really helps the user know what to look for and shows the expertise and experience that have gone into creating it. Anyone experienced with public procurement data will appreciate how many steps in the workflow Hermix just seamlessly does for you.

There are many ways to use Hermix to explore public procurement data that only come out while you spend time in the app, like using the extensive linkage that has been introduced into the datasets to jump between levels and gain a fuller picture. There is still a learning curve due to the sheer complexity of public procurement data. However, the help section and different materials in the Hermix App help a lot with that!

Extremely reliable and easy to use. Hermix is really proving to be a valuable tool that brings us a genuine return on investment.

Easy to use with tons of interesting features allowing true customisation. Data is inclusive and data analysis is professional and very useful. Reporting features are very useful for inclusion in briefs.

Amount of data, if that is a disadvantage!
