Amazing solution for managing your building's parking

My company, One Medical, has retail clinics throughout the US. Many of these clinics are located in buildings with private parking, like apartment buildings. Before Parkade, our company's employees often simply weren't allowed to park in many of these buildings — and parked on the street instead. Then some of these buildings we have office space in started using Parkade, and everything changed. Parkade made it easy for these buildings to offer parking to retail employees, and our employees now park in the garage of the building they work in! They just open the app, book spots when needed, and payments, gate access, enforcement, etc is all handled! And for the building, they're able to only give access to our employees, and not the public. Everyone wins.

Pros

Parkade is simply the best parking management system for apartments, offices and mixed-use buildings that you'll find. Or really, any building that has people who need to park there, especially if different groups of people need different prices/privileges. Parkade makes all of this super easy, with built-in payments and integrations.

Cons

Honestly I have no complaints to write home about. I wish we found it earlier.

Parkade has a way more compelling product, especially for mixed-use buildings. Plus, they're based in the US, whereas Wayleadr wasn't.

I really enjoy Parkade, especially since it took a lot of work out of my hands.

Pros

The customer service is so friendly. They are some of the most helpful people I've ever come across in my line of work. My residents have wonderful experiences with the staff as well and have let me know.

Cons

I don't like that you have to get on the app to open the gate, I understand this makes the most sense with the app but I've had residents complain of safety concerns with the area were in sitting at the gate fumbling on their phone to get inside. Or if someone's phone is dead.

We were happy with our experience and felt very tended to while working with Parkade.

Pros

The team was very involved and helpful with getting our properties onboarded with parkade, and even came on site at one point to answer questions for residents and to survey our parking!

Cons

We had some issues at first trying to switch our huge property to Parkade and to get everyone enrolled and onboarded. There were a few discrepancies or errors but Parkade handled them quickly and effectively!

Our experience with Parkade has been great from interacting with [sensitive content hidden] on the sales team, to [sensitive content hidden] on the operations side we are super happy and they make our lives easier on site.

Pros

Parkade makes it so easy to manage our lot for both residents/parkers and our employees. The best new feature for us since implementing Parkade is being able to have more guest parking for our residents guests, as well as getting real time solutions for problems related to a parking space being occupied. If a space is occupied we are able to notify the owner of the vehicle ASAP and the resident who has a reservation will be given an alternative space.

Cons

The feature to send a guest a link to open the garage to access a guest reservation requires the guest to download the app. We have been in conversation with Parkade about updating this link to be a Web Brower and they have been receptive to the feedback.

We finally feel a sense of security with our property's garage operations since Parkade took over the management of the spaces.

Pros

Parkade has streamlined our garage operations and opened up the opportunity for Residents to rent their spaces to other Residents or their guests (which we were previously unable to accommodate). It has made our regular garage inventory of vehicles an easier task!

Cons

The mobile app could use a more user-friendly interface. It's not super intuitive how to navigate the pages or where to access relevant information.

Easy and low effort Parking Management

Pros

Parkade allows for basically hands-off parking management 95% of the time. It makes reporting issues and errors incredibly easy, and they offered a lot of flexibility to make the product fit our needs.

Cons

Residents have been frustrated about the fees charged to use parkade, and the recent addition of credit card fees.

The setup of the app was very easy to do and the map that was made from our prints looked great. The app overall is very detailed and well-setup.

Pros

Parkade allows us to delegate a responsibility that previously took up a lot of time for management. Residents can now find and offer spaces on their own to ensure they can have their parking needs accommodated.

Cons

The reservations page can sometimes be a little confusing from the management aspect. It would be nice if each reservation on the mobile app showed the space that was rented, who it was offered by, and who is rented by. Right now, it just says the renter's name and the date.
