In general, my experience was very positive in terms of organizing tasks. I just felt the need for training with each new function that was included in the tool, this way I could have used it even more.
Pros
With this tool I was able to control all my tasks for each of the clients, so I could organize my day and know what was a priority. In addition, it could solve problems with other teams quickly and simply.
Cons
When the company introduced some new functions, it was generally not so clear on how they could be used, causing confusion between the teams. I think that training could help to solve this.

It helps to have visibility of the time the team spends on projects, but we've had several trainings and I'm still in doubt about all functionalities it has.
Pros
It has a good average usability if you want just to count the hours you spend on projects, but Taskrow is a bit difficult to use for everyday tasks. My team just can't substitute e-mails for the communication inside task row because sometimes notifications are not reliable, and it's a little difficult to understand all of its functions.
Cons
It's not intuitive and not so friendly to users that are not adapted to the platform.

The notifications are an essential part of the task usage in Taskrow and we treat it as a key feature.
We currently offer ways to notify specific users using the by mentioning them with an "@" sign, notify all the participants of a task and show when a task has comments in the extranet tab.
If possible, please let us know any specific situation when you faced a problem with the notifications so we can find out what caused it.
Currently we have several clients that use exclusively Taskrow to distribute tasks to the team, substituting e-mails completely.

The tool manages to give me a broad organization of demands, in addition to being able to measure the time spent on tasks, Taskrow allows sending documents directly from the app, so it can concentrate most demands in just one place.
Pros
We were able to allocate all the demands of the day, managing to visualize and allocate adequate time for each one of them.
Cons
After sending it for approval, we were unable to edit the task. We can only redo it if it fails.

Useful, but not very intuitive

Pros
I used Taskrow mostly for the timesheet, which is very simple and easy to use. However, we didn't explore the other options of Taskrow in my work place, so I can't judge functionalities besides Timesheet.
Cons
I honestly don't know what Taskrow is capable of, hence I only used Timesheet. I did try to explore the software a few times, but never got it right what was the main purpose. I think it would be interesting if the user was motivated to know the main functionalities. If it wasn't the fact my agency used Timesheet on Taskrow, I prob wouldn't know the software - and still, after one year using, I still don't know what it is capable of. What else can I do besides writing my daily routine at work? It's not very intuitive in that sense.

Team leaders know the utilization rate of his team and individual members as well as the amount of hours spent creating work, making adjustments due to clients requests or internal problems.
Project managers have access to projects budgets, planned vs executed reports, as well as client and project results.
Company managers also have dashboards that shows them important business KPIs as client by client profitability.
Some of these features that may not be visible to you. One possible reason is that some may not have been configured for your company. Another is that some user profiles have limited access to some specific areas of the system.

In the beginning we were forced to use Taskrow to control hour on timesheet, and now the company tries to migrate all communication to the platform. Over the months I discovered project management functions that were hidden and I intend to start using them more, but they are still not very intuitive.
Pros
The best is its support, always willing to improve the tool, listen to suggestions and, if necessary, make customizations. Which helps a lot if you need a tool integrated with other control systems. It is a very customizable tool.
Cons
The weakness is usability, the tool is not very intuitive. It is difficult to understand all the controls and some functions are hidden. It is practically impossible to use the tool without specific training, which is difficult if you are not a small company.

We have been improving the interface in some specific parts of the system, namely the task detail, work queue (Alocac?o > Fila de trabalho), Tasks and projects Cardview and the weekly timesheet page. This are only the ones that have been implemented in the last 30 days ;-)
There are many other changes in progress that are expected to be completed shortly. All of these are parts of an important project we began recently to offer a better experience for our users.

I would love if Task Row could be a part of my routine, but I avoid using it. I usually write down my taks on a paper and ask for my leader to create a new one so I can update my timesheet. I wish I could use all of its atributes well.
Pros
I like how integrated it is with timesheet.
Cons
It takes several seconds to load, the notifications are not functional, I need to be tagged in a comment to get a notification. The "home page" is very confused, there are not many colors in it that can help me differ the types of task. It's just very confused.

Regarding the load time, using a broadband connection it typically takes less than one second to load a task detail page. The load times for some reports may be longer but it is usually satisfactory when the quantity of open tasks is not excessive. Although this is normally not an issue, please give us more details about the problem so we can investigate further for something specific may be happening.
We agree that colors are important and are always working to improve the visual interface of our system. Colors may be configured for task status, types of requests, tags and some other features. Please check the reports Work Queue, Allocation Timeline, Cardview and Tasks Panel. These pages present colors for each of the elements mentioned earlier.

Very complex for something simple

Pros
The best part it was that my peers started to concentrate all information in one software instead of having conversations on email, whatsapp and other places. It also good to search for information about people in the company
Cons
It has so many buttoms and things to fill that makes the process a little hard. I also have problems getting notifications if I am not tagged in the task and also e-mail notifications.

About the complexity, we are always working hard to make every page as simple as possible. Whenever possible we make fields optional and remove unnecessary buttons.
But in order to offer detailed data, not only about timesheets, we offer a way to input this info.
For instance, it is possible to know how many times a client asked to change something, and the types of requests they made.

You can manage multiple projects at the same time together with the collaboration of others. Each time a task is modified you receive a message, always keeping the flow updated. You can work with projects in an organized manner and with established productivity objectives, with deadlines, data and all the necessary information.
Pros
Taskrow is a platform that helps productivity and project management, and is widely used in advertising agencies, consultancies and other types of companies. What I like most is that you can demand and manage jobs following the process in real time and also involving different professionals. The tool has a free version that serves very well. Its paid version is quite affordable.
Cons
I think the interface could be a little more friendly and the usability more intuitive. Learning is not so simple and requires some training.

Pros
We have never used any software to keep our duties on track, it was always by e-mail or physical paper. With Taskrow, we can see an overall picture of our jobs and tasks, and manage our schedule better.
Cons
I don't like much the interface and I had a hard time to figure out how could I stop following tasks that are not mine. Other than that, everything it's ok.

Our system is currently accessed daily by thousands of users that perform their tasks without issues.
Although every system has some downtime, we never received complaints about frequent crashes.
We also have logs of every interaction on our servers and regularly analyze the response time and eventual errors and it also does not indicate such problems.
As any SaaS solution it depends on reliable internet connection and this might be a cause of problems but we would really appreciate if you could give us some more details on which pages you are facing these problems so we can investigate further.

I really like Teskrow, because of the features and facilities. On the same platform I can attach the job, tag people and put a clickable link.
Cons
I find the task and subtask part quite confusing. This could make more sense. The layout is a little strange.

We are in the process of changing the way subtasks are presented so it becomes easier to understand.
The subtasks are an important part of Taskrow as it allows to distribute parts of the work to be done among team members without loosing the connection with the "parent" task.
In most reports it is possible to filter to see only parent tasks, only subtasks or all. This may also help while the improvements are concluded.

I think Taskrow is a very complete tool. When I used it in my old job, the entire task flow and internal process of the company was done there.
Cons
The tool lacks a redesign, I believe that areas can be grouped more easily. Also, in some moments it ends up being a little slow on my computer.

The linking of the timesheet in the management process is one of the strengths of the tool.

Usamos a Taskrow há mais de 10 anos, com bastante sucesso e experiências positivas. Todas as tarefas enviadas para nossos colaboradores são através da Taskrow, o que nos permite uma grande organização de todo fluxo da empresa. Os colaboradores lançam as horas de cada tarefa em timesheet, o que também nos dá uma grande visão da alocação da equipe, consumo de horas por tarefa/projeto/cliente. Clientes com contratos de utilização de horas tem seus relatórios mensais gerados através dos dados da Taskrow. Além disso, a ferramenta provê também diversos recursos para o time financeiro.
Pros
Interface clean, facilidades para visualização da alocação da equipe e consumo de horas, módulo extranet integrado (facilitando muito a divisão e interações da comunicação entre gestão/clientes e gestão/equipe), diversos relatórios gerenciais para quem precisa fazer análise mais detalhada dos projetos (valores, horas usadas, módulo financeiro), bom nível de configurações de grupos e permissões.
