Pros

SNF Metrics is very easy to use. Coming from someone who used this type of tool on paper to utilizing this tool simplifies the process dramatically. Its faster, easier and not a problem to use.

Cons

The only con i have is when I’m in attachments and opening an attachment, the window that opens is in the same window i am in. So if i close the window I close out the program and not just the attachment. I have to remember to use the back button to get back to the report, which is not typical of opening windows or hyperlinks.

Pros

It gives multiple areas that different nurses can chart. As well as attaching documents.

Cons

There are to many options to choose from. It should change based on the reason for the incident.

I initially had a difficult time but with time and continued use, I really enjoy using. When system being upgraded or unavailable for a limited time, I certainly miss it in my workday.

I like how it keeps authorizations, files and information for entire team to refer to as needed.

Cons

Would like to have additional authorizations to be uploaded and followed such as if someone has insurance and auto authorization at same time.

Pros

I really like how intuitive the features are. Everything is easy to use. My favorite feature is the task management. I love that I can put my tasks in there and not have to remember anything because I know if it's in SNF I can trust that the task will come up and remind me on the date I set it for.

Cons

Sometimes the system goes down and doesn't work all day. But that has only happened once since I began working here in February 2024.
