Linking and search capability functions are phenomenal. Makes it much more efficient to do work in regards to workflow.

Reporting functionality for reports still in its infancy. Best practices developed by Fieldguide help overcome that.

Fieldguide is user freindly for all engagements. I can use it for SOX testing, SOC reports, and internal audits.

When there are excel files, you can only open them in the online version and edit it. If you open it in the desktop version, your changes could be lost.

Automation of reports. Ability to create cross-mapped engagements, and streamline processes for both the client and my team.

Support for cross-mapped engagements is good but can use improvement in a few areas.

Updates upon feedback are considered proactively. AI features are innovative and useful for my daily job. Feels like I am using a cutting edge technology for my use case.

Setting up new engagements (at first), but carrying them over year over year is easy to do.

Client -auditor excellent interaction tool.

The AI features. These save me a ton of time filling our inherent risk and also with request lists.

I dont like how the sheet column changes on SOC Attribute Testing Sheets

Easy to navigate, it saves a lot of time to communicate for a data request from client.

PDF Edit seems harder in the application.

Fieldguide is extremely user friendly for all levels of expertise. It is excellent for document management and keeping connected with team tasks.

I have not had a negative experience with Fieldguide yet!

The product is great but the customer support and service make it best in class.

As we move to a more automated solution it was a challenge to reengineer our internal processes to match Fieldguide's capabilities.

The best part about using FieldGuide was the incredible customer service and quick feedback loop. The team always followed up quickly and helped us implement new features or discover new ways of using the platform to make our jobs easier.

Overall, I don't have any big complaints about the product. I think one point of improvement could be drag & drop functionality in the browser to allow for easier management of sheet rows.

When transitioning to Fieldguide, it took some time getting used to how things work. After a short period of time the platform becomes very intuitive and easy to use.

Everyone can work on the same workpapers simultaneously.

Reports take a lot of work to create. Templates can be finicky.

The product is very user friendly. There are also a lot of functions such as the filtering that make it easy to find what you are looking for.

The only con for this product is that sometimes when scrolling the screen will jump.

The linkage and mapping in the background which reduces a lot of the administrative work we used to have to deal with.

Handling of tasks (filtering, deleting, addressing, inability to add on certain things)

The dashboard is really good, I like how it shows all your tasks and what requests are open, ready for review, or changed requested. The look of the tool is very modern and way better than PFX. I prefer working on Fieldguide then PFX.

I've had sometimes the website crash on me when i'm in a documenting and testing the controls. Fieldguide could be more smooth. The editing tools for tagging documents could use a overhaul such as adding more features. For example adobe allows me to add stamps. I wish Fieldguide can do that.

When importing a excel sheet to fieldguide to create samples it can get sometimes buggy where it doesn’t match up right in fieldguide. For example columns and rows don’t match up.

I can see the controls easily and get to where I need to go.
