It is very useful for me to in near real-time to manage the status of my websites. I have to manage about two dozen properties—not all that I own—so having a light footprint tool for this is great. It is great to know of (and fix) issues with my sites before my boss knows there is an issue.

While it is very fast in picking up changes, I would love something that was a bit faster.

I set it and forget it. Until it emails me that we've had an outage. That kind of peace of mind is worth the price of admission.

I have no cons about the service at all.

My company is an IT provider for several small and medium sized businesses. We have a separate commercial RMM tool to monitor up and downtime for client sites and servers, but honestly, we also happily subscribe to UptimeRobot for down and up alerts. Being proactive for our clients is priceless and we have been happy UptimeRobot clients for YEARS! Their emails are so simple to read and reliable (especially when it's 0300 and we get a server down alert). It's great to have this as a tool for our business so we can deliver the best service for our clients. Highly recommended!

No cons, really. Takes a tech savvy person to configure Windows server down and server up alerts, but reliable when it is done and tested. Would rather it this way vs running a software on servers, so since we create the scripting, we know what it's doing.

I love how setting up new monitors is a piece of cake. You just plug in your website URL, and boom, you’re good to go. The interface is super straightforward, even for a non-tech wizard. Our charity website along with its sister websites have been using uptimerobot for years and the alerts have always been spot-on. They are providing a great and very necessary service

I really don't have anything negative to say about them. They provide the exact service I am looking for at an incredibly low price

It is easy to set up. I use it on all my sites. I like the e-mail notifications and the dashboard where I can administrate all sites.

How it only took a few clicks to setup, and how quick you can setup other features. From their web app to their support, everything is fast and reliable.

Easy to set up and integrate. Great for monitoring your apps, services, and hardware. Clean, professional-looking dashboard.

It will not monitor internal services that are not publicly available. There are ways around this but they would require some custom coding for your org.

Very easy to get started and the free version offers great value.
The monitoring and alert presets are great and the service gives peace of mind that my sites are running and I am alerted if they stop.
If you want smarter integration, its easy to upgrade.

The free version is no longer available for small for-profits. It's fair enough, but would be great service to provide until businesses are ready to upgrade.

Really simple setup, at it's simplest all you need to do is type a website address, with options for more advanced setups. The clear and intuitive public status pages are really nice as well.

Honestly, there's very little to dislike, it's a simple product that does exactly what it's meant to.

I have been using UptimeRobot for several months now, and I am thoroughly impressed with its ease of use, reliability, and integration with Microsoft Teams. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to set up and monitor my websites.
