Reviewed on 2023/11/01

Pros

We specifically liked the user interface. For a company new to print marketing, it helped us get to grips with what we can do and establish a proper strategy.

Cons

Nothing much yet - it's only been a few months. The product and team has been great!

An excellent system that continues to improve and evolve. It is a system that is easy to tailor to customer needs and is a fantastic tool to tie customers in.

Pros

Very straightforward setting up of catalogues, products and users.
Excellent training and fast implementation.
Excellent, quick-responding help desk
Lots of knowledge and information available about set-up
Easy to customise to multiple clients
Excellent integration capability to client CRMs
Good quality reporting

Cons

The link to order processing in our MIS (PrintIQ) is not 100% perfect, maybe 96%. The ability to have orders for multiple items coming into PrintIQ in one order as opposed to one order per item can be time-consuming.

Could have been one Login for Each User and customised all the clients in the same login for that particular user.

Pros

Easy for end user.
Templates easy for clients to use.
Javascript facility useful.
Coreproduction is easy to use

Cons

Not the most stable programme to run on Mac.
Back end can be complex, the ability to set up simple shops or duplicate settings would be handy.
template creator is a bit clunky and can be confusing to new users.

Easy to use and intuitive template creation platform and a user friendly front end for customers.

Cons

Can't think of anything in particular, although I'd like to see a standalone app version of CoreCreate instead of a Java applet.

Greast to keep your customers on brand

Reviewed on 2024/04/22

Pros

Coreprint is customer-friendly, which makes using the software intuitive and efficient. The platform not only streamlines printing processes but also prioritizes building relationships with its users. This emphasis on customer satisfaction enhances the overall experience and fosters long-term partnerships between Coreprint and its clients.

Cons

Coreprint's admin UI. While it does take some time to get used to, I found it to be very practical once you become familiar with it.

Since using Coreprint I have gained multiple new customers, the online ordering facility is simple to use and allows for customers to order products easily which can contain complex variable data. It ties the customer in, allows for a quicker workflow internally which then means quicker production times and the customers receive jobs quicker.
The Support team are always on hand to assist and have always been extremely helpful every time I make contact (which is often)

Pros

Coreprint is a very user friendly software that can be implemented quickly for customer requirements. Once up and running it allows orders to come straight through to the press as they have been per-approved by the user. Once products have been created it is a very simple process to edit them and keep the them up to date.

Cons

There is nothing not to like about the software from my point of view.

after nearly 2 decades, that says it all.

Pros

Ive worked with the software since the company began. It far exceeds the competition in functionality but after nearly 2 decades they are the most proactive, always developing and listening to the client to help continuous improvement. Saving time and understanding spend whether on a local level or global is key to any FD, but add the ability to control brand and risk, you have the full set of approvals.

Cons

Front end is more B2B but there is the ability to completely change the interface via and API.

Vpress' support and account management team are second to none. Whether its to solve a template issue my staff have building a template or advice on a new client onboarding, Vpress are available.

Pros

Coreprint is an affordable Web2Print system which has allowed my company to expand the volume of work produced without scaling up the amount of staff required. Coreprint provides my clients with a great web platform to edit and order products, and then provides my production staff with correctly prepared PDF files to print from.

Cons

There is very little I can find fault with Coreprint in the way we use the system for our B2B and B2C sites.
