> **Pros**: Motion is really very advanced tool that is used for VFX, character animation, compositing, Text animation etc   . The best part of motion is optical frame regeneration technic which helps you to regenerate new frames rather than interpolation, when you restrict the video to longer duration

> **Cons**: Camera tracking is really difficult  to  go with the software I hope they will work on it. Motion is now becoming end of the line product

> **Pros**: Motion is a great calendar manager, task manager and activitiy manager. Once it's set up and you learn how to use it, it's great for scheduling tasks between colleagues, manage all the synced calendars and automatically schedule activities in order of importance. Also, it replaced my Calendly to share availabilities, thanks to it's drag-time-slot feature. In general it's boosted our productivity, and helps us track how much time we work on each activity. It's not perfect though and has room for improvements.However, it really excels in task, activity and calendar management, blowing the competition out of the way.

> **Cons**: To start, it's more expensive than it's competitors, such as Notion (With the N). If I'm correct, it's double the cost and it's way less developed. 
We've encountered a few sync bugs, where i would see a calendar but my colleague would not see mine
The onboarding could be more guided, especially in setting up the sync settings and task syncing.
