Pros
My company uses paper forms for everything. With Jotform Sign, I can easily build digital forms, even based on pdf scans of the paper forms, which I prefer, and can print out the paper form with my data filled in.
Cons
I’m unable to get my company to pay for a subscription, so the free plan is all I can use. My form and entry limits are probably the biggest downsides for me.

Pros
Jotform Sign is an online software that allows you to create, edit, sign and share documents. It makes it easy to share documents for people to sign anywhere and submit for review.
Cons
The only con with Jotform Sign is that the free version only allows you to create/sign 10 documents before you have to upgrade. If you are needing to create and share more documents, you will have to pay.

Pros
JotForm sign is a great service that we used daily. We created a form that had several variables that we needed to know from the customer. After paying for the order, the customer was redirected to the JotForm Sign, where he filled in all the important information regarding the customized product. We then extracted this information into a PDF and worked with it. It saved us hundreds of dollars in coders who would have had to add similar features custom to our eshop.
JotForm is very easy to navigate.
Cons
If it was full capacity, we had to delete several records. But to update the capacity, we had to write to support. It didn't happen automatically.

I am happy with how I set up our documents, but we had a low usage rate on it once it was sent to clients. We really need to be able to send to several people and they can decide who signs it, vs us picking one recipient who may not be the signer and then the Jotform Sign goes ignored.
Pros
I struggled with implementing a document management/signature system, and Jotform Sign was the most user-friendly. It may have helped that we were already a Jotform user so I was familiar with the site and it connected with other forms in our account.
Cons
Even though this was the most user-friendly, it was not without struggles. If we had someone to help roll it out or even get us started with one form, it would have helped ensure success for future use. I don't have time to watch a handful of videos, so it was a long process.

It has allowed us to digitise forms that previously had to be completed by hand as they required signatures.

I have spent a good amount of time together with my team to set-up the forms. We have saved a lot in cost and time by using this service and it's quite hassle free once it has been properly set-up. Sometimes it becomes challenging to deal with little boxes while moving them to fit in a suitable place. Overall a great service, Electronic and digital signature features are making it marvellous.
Pros
Jotform Sign has an incredible importance in my eyes. This feature automates our workflow and forms can be signed anywhere and at anytime which makes the process much quicker than usual.
Cons
Limited number of allotments per subscription.

Jotform is not difficult to set up or use. It does the job. The ability to customize forms is a bonus.
Cons
We haven't accessed all of the features yet. Accessing tutorials about the different features from the screen that you're working on would be helpful.

Pros
I require my clients to read, acknowledge and sign a contract once a deposit has been paid, as I need to protect myself and the client. Jotform allows me to customise my contract how I need it. I love getting the notifications once a form is completed. The best part is having the mobile app, so i have all of my contracts to hand.
Cons
It looks a little tacky to the consumer, so something more professionally displayed would be better.

An Easy Way to Manage Contracts, Though a Bit of a Learning Curve

Pros
Joform Sign makes it super easy to handle the contracts for my publishing company. Before using Jotform, I would email authors a pdf of the contract to sign. This inevitably led to issues with people not having the software necessary to sign a pdf. Using Jotform has eliminated that problem. Contracts are signed quickly and painlessly.
Cons
It took me a couple tries to figure out how it works. With an application with so many options, I didn't really know what I was doing at first. Now I can send out a contract in a minute, but it took me probably about half an hour the first time to set up the contract and work out how to send it.
