Satisfying & fulfilling. The simplicity of the interface which has a complex AI-driven engine at the back which runs numerous models to provide you with actions you can take on your data. It is a rare combination is an attribution space that relies heavily on singular models that benefit specific companies. Windsor's models are neutral and look at real data to give real insights. Numerous cases on ROI and performance improvement are proven across categories and industries

Product's ability to do cross-channel & cross-device journey planning at a granular level. These insights provide real-time decision-making capabilities to optimize every element of your marketing investments online. Hugely important for ROI tracking, business value building & making your digital marketing work harder

Cons

Campaign monitoring and optimization is a very tedious task, especially when you don't have a platform like Windsor.ai. Windsor helped us to monitor the campaign performance at one platform and optimize it smartly. And as the end-result of the optimization is to achieve quality leads and reduce the CPL/CPA, we achieved it. Also, it helped us with the budget allocation and now we don't end up wasting the budget on non-performing channels.

Pros

Digital campaigns or paid media promotion are only successful if you smartly monitor / optimize your campaigns. I can happily say that we made it brilliantly with the aid of Windsor.ai

Things that makes Windsor a great platform:

1. Flexibility to customize the dashboard as per our usage
2. Easy integration with other platforms
3. and wonderful support team

Cons

I can say that the dashboard has a slight chance of improvement as I honestly believe that a little improvement is always possible.

We're an ecommerce digital agency aiming to create a comprehensive view of Google Ads and CRM (Salesforce) data for all leads and customers from our campaigns.

To achieve this, we opted for Windsor.ai after evaluating various options, choosing their annual plan. Unfortunately, we discovered they don't provide trials or refunds if the software doesn't meet our needs or those of our clients, leaving us dissatisfied. Even reaching out to their customer support yielded no resolution

Pros

We sought a comprehensive view of Google Ads and CRM (Salesforce) data for our campaign leads and customers. Unfortunately, Windsor.ai did not deliver on this requirement.

Cons

They don't offer trials or refunds, and our attempts to resolve the issue with their customer support were unsuccessful.

Overall this is an incredible tool and the setup has been made relatively painless by the helpful team at Windsor AI. Implementing this tool for my clients has given them greater confidence in the work we do and we've been able to make changes that have improved performance and lowered CPA. We're just getting started and look forward to the new features that are constantly being added. The weekly calls are a great chance for me to exchange ideas and strategies and the Windsor team are always open to feedback and suggestions for new features.

Pros

The support team are fantastic and have been really helpful in understanding our needs and customising dashboards and features to our channel mix. The data provided by the tool has allowed us to adjust our spend across channels and reduce cost per lead for our 2 clients using the software.

Cons

There are a few cosmetic issues that probably need to be ironed out but the tools are always developing and with the rate of improvement I'm sure these will be sorted soon.

Windsor platform gives valuable insights in helping us to understand the various touchpoints for each channel/campaign among all our digital channels. Not only that, the weekly call adds on to the value of the service as the team is able to give insightful feedback, provide solutions to our inquires and customized the bid optimization to help us achieve our target.

Pros

The capability of being able to customize the dashboard and present data in ways we requested it to be. Also, we are able to see each channels' attributed conversions and it helps us to understand which channel is performing better and not.

Cons

The bid optimization automation currently is only able to optimize for search campaigns. It will be great to have the optimization for other channels as well.

Apart from features common to modeling attribution software, keyword and bid optimization, Customer journeys, that work great, this software has an extremely useful feature interacting with customers CRM software. This would be one of the strong points that I will emphasize.

Pros

It has a very intuitive interface, and it is effortless to set up and customize dashboards. Also, bid optimization is working very well. They have excellent customer support, both on their site with blogs and forums, as well as live consultancy options.

Cons

So far, so good. In my six months of use, the software does what I have expected to do. But now my expectations have risen, and I hope shortly to see more templates for Power Bi visualization, as I am a Microsoft platform user.

Impressive increase of ROI: a unique tool in the market!

Pros

We used the tool to re-allocate budgets over our paid media channels and we increased the ROI massively! It made me understand the effectiveness (ROI) of my digital media campaigns and channels, based on attribution modeling instead of last-click conversions. You can use it high level, on the channel/campaign level, but if you want, you can go deeper into Ad levels... Apart from that, it's a great tool to monitor your media agency, to make sure they spend your money in the correct way.

The tool (dashboard) itself is easy to use and very actionable (which makes it unique). The support from Windsor.ai was really good. Recommended for each marketeer.

Cons

The look & feel of the dashboard can be a bit more fancy.

They could add more people in customer support. Usually nobody replies to the chat box, you have to email them.

Pros

I am trying the trial version initially, and I am happy, planning to have the licensed version . Basically I am trying to have a look for some analytic data , at one place ( google analytic , google search console and google ads ), and I am happy that my all relevant data i can see at one place .

Cons

I cannot operate with that flexibility on mobile .
