In general terms, it is a great tool, it allows us to create flows quickly, with all the necessary information for each one, in addition to having options to create web portals and CRM.

Pros

It is a tool that allows you to easily create flows quickly and graphically allows you to understand very well each of the stages of the flows and who is responsible, the information that must be entered, the documents to be attached, etc.

Cons

We have managed to integrate many functions through web services with our systems, but a programmer is needed to carry out this type of task, it would be nice if it could be done in a simpler way for end users.

Before migrating to SYDLE ONE, we were having a hard time finding a really modern and dynamic CRM that would meet all our business needs. We tried some other solutions, but we had several issues, like low availability, limited functionality, and lack of integration. With SYDLE ONE, we solved all of these problems, and we finally managed to find a CRM solution that is truly omnichannel and flexible, as our business requires.

Pros

Our business requires a lot of communication, and we use SYDLE ONE mainly for service via chatbot and WhatsApp which, combined with the 360-degree view of customers that the platform provides, serves us very well. SYDLE ONE is also responsive, so we can all use it on our laptops, tablets, and even our phones. That’s very helpful when we need to do something but we’re not in the office. Additionally, the platform’s data analytics allows us to have more control over the company.

Cons

So far we have had no issues with the platform, and the support team has been very responsive.

Amigables con el usuario, permite medir las cargas de trabajo, facil implementacion con RPA.

Pros

La funcion mas importa en nuestro caso es el uso de un flujo por medio de formulario que permite minimisar el error a la hora de crear o ingresar datos y da seguimiento en caso de estar algo pendiente

Cons

Solo si seria ideal que Sydle capacite o de cursos para que mas personas puedan administrar la herramienta, sin tener conocimiento previos de programacion

Aunque participé en la implementación como Senior Advisor en términos de Gestión de Procesos y Cambios, creo que la plataforma ha ido mejorando los controles internos (por ejemplo, pago a proveedores) así como la comunicación en nuestra Cadena de Suministro.

Pros

La facilidad para diseñar flujos y colocar reglas de negocio, el flujo de trabajo y la posibilidad de integración con otras herramientas corporativas son las facilidades que más llaman la atención. Y la capacidad de aprender de la implementación es quizás el mayor valor agregado con la plataforma Sydle One.

Cons

El cambio cultural, que no está necesariamente asociado directamente con la plataforma, fue quizás uno de los mayores desafíos de implementación. Y como sugerencia, la creación de entornos de prueba cada vez más intuitivos puede facilitar el cambio y la adopción de la plataforma.
