The ease and support when moving to this solution, and its constant evolution over time.
Cons
When we took the service the portal lacked many of the features that are now available.

Pros
Callroute product is simple and easy to configure with your own Microsoft tenant i also like the simplicity of the Callroute app.
Cons
Reporting tool can be improved to have custom reports available at the moment only can use default reports on the dashboard.

Pros
Callroute let you manage Microsoft Teams Phone configuration by an easily and user friendly portal. Callroute separate the Teams telephony settings from the Teams Admin center so that the telephony administrator can only configure that what is neccesary for Teams Phone functionality and call routing. The change of breaking other things like policy's by mistake can't happen.
Callroute gives a clear and total overview over all users which are entitled with the right licenses for Teams Phone. And free ddi-numbers available in your range.
Callroute makes Teams Phone management clear and easy!
Cons
Did not experience something yet I don't like.

Callroute is value for money in one platform. Easy to use and a great experience, with simple management for all changes.
Cons
Branding for end customers - however, that could be down to time from our point of view?

A fantastic experience. We are about 18 months into our journey with Call Route (via Sip Synergy) and I highly recommend the solution and the Sip Synergy support and attention to detail.
Pros
A single portal to control and manage all of our global telephony needs
Cons
No real dislike so far, more so feature improvments which we have put to the developers to consider and have often been implimented.

Support are very helpful and helped with the teething issues on setup very quickly and efficiently.
System is easy to understand and setup.

Finding CallRoute is possibly the best thing that's happened for our telco platform. They've provided us with administrative and reporting capabilities that nobody else would. They've remained extremely flexible, allowing for outside the box thinking and customizations delivered faster than anyone would expect. We intend to stick with CallRoute for the long haul.
Pros
Highly flexible, extremely attentive to requests and needs, support staff absolutely beyond compare.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any Cons about using CallRoute.

Ideal managed service solution

Pros
As a managed services provider, Callroute gives us what we need for a full 360 solution for clients for their IT and comms. It's easy to set up and manage and we never get any major issues with service.
Cons
From a pricing perspective, there are a lot of lower cost solutions available, but you do get the service that you pay for.
