Customer service needs to be available Saturday’s and Sundays - there are no weekends during the season !!

You don't provide clients email and is hard to contact guest if there is not email.

The calendar; my whole family are able to access the calendar and block the property when they want to - preventing me from being the go-between and avoiding any conflicts.
Multiple connections: before I was just marketing the property on Airbnb and now I have it on multiple channels in multiple languages and I only had to input the information once - all the translations were done for me.

It is obviously more expensive than doing it yourself but it takes away the hassle of running it myself, which is worth a lot, AND we rent out the property much more than before!

Es ist ganz leicht und unkompliziert mit Holidu zusammen zu arbeiten . Bei Problemen ist immer sofort ein Mitarbeiter zur Stelle, der einem hilft. Sehr übersichtliche Seite . Es wird ein professioneller Fotograf geschickt.
Das die Gäste sich zukünftig selber anmelden können.

Das man die Texte und Überschriften nicht selber ändern kann.

L’Assistenza è veramente il punto forte rispetto alle altre piattaforme che ho provato…

Le commissioni, sono la parte negativa di Holidu… sicuramente in linea con le altre piattaforme..

Este año, vamos un poco mas lentos en recibir reservas que el año anterior

Con Holidu tengo un único lugar dónde gestionar las reservas y a los huéspedes. Además de un gestor personal que siempre está muy atenta y atienden a los huéspedes o a mi en caso de que haya algún problema. Gracias!

Las comisiones son algo elevadas. Los portales ya tienen una comisión muy alta y el incremento de los porcentajes de Holidu se nota.

Como mencionado anteriormente, é necessário implementar um sistema de "chat" com os hóspedes, seguindo o exemplo de outras plataformas semelhantes.
O sistema de apoio ao cliente tem que continuara a melhorar

Ho apprezzato tutele le funzionalità di Holidu, la semplicità di utilizzo e la chiarezza del processo di setup e gestione.

Onestamente non trovo nessun lato negativo in Holidu, è un anno che utilizzo questa piattaforma sia da laptop che da telefono e non ho mai avuto nessun problema.

Un bon accompagnement par les équipes Holidu pour la mise en place et le suivi. Logiciel intuitif et facile dans son utilisations. Excellent agrégateur. Une annonce en différentes langues.... et sur 13 sites différents... Synchronisation au top de l'agenda. Facile d'utilisation pour le suivi et le paiement... Bravo !!! je recommande.

A ce jour, je n'ai pas relevé d'inconvénient. Il faut être vigilant quant à l'annonce qui est rédigée par l'équipe Holidu afin qu'elle corresponde le mieux à votre établissement.

Die Kommunikation ist schnell und einfach,man steht nicht alleine da und es war alles schnell eingerichtet und abgewickelt.

Blöd ist das man die Kurtaxe nicht inklusive machen kann,das ist der einzigste Minuspunkt den ich verteilen muss.

Die Verknüpfung mit mehrere vermietungs Portale

Eigentlich bin ich bis jetzt mit Holidu Dienstleistungen zufrieden
