Overall, PTEverywhere is an awesome software that allows me to run my practice through my phone, iPad, or desktop. It allows me to provide a professional, user-friendly experience for my clients!

Pros

PTEverywhere is easy to get started, and provides a robust platform that is easy to customize. The software is intuitive and serves my hybrid clinic perfectly!

Cons

The customer service has been able to solve every one of my issues, but often I have trouble navigating the help center by myself to find the solution I am seeking.

Overall I have a positive experience with this company. They are trying to update things. Some tech issues over time.

Pros

PtE has been a great platform to use for my cash PT company. I like that I can schedule and chart and customize things a lot. It integrates with invoices too and has reminders.

Cons

I do not like the home exercise program it seems very hard to use. I wish they would integrate with my CRM for automations. I wish it were easier to tell who is on your current caseload.

Pros

Communication with staff for fixes and help has been phenomenal. I always felt like I was bothering them too much but they are always Happy to help!

Cons

Everything has been great; a small learning curve transitioning platforms but they have a very helpful help forum and if I can't find it there they are responsive in email.

Great Software, but Not Intuitive

Pros

I love how straightforward the software is to use, as well as how everything is set up in one system.

Cons

I don't love how expensive the fax option is (I can pay $8/month elsewhere). I also had a difficult time learning new things in PtEverywhere because it's not an intuitive software to use.

Pros

I have used 3 EMRs for my clinic and PTEverywhere has been hands down my favorite. It is user friendly for my patients and for me, allows me to keep track of metrics easily, works as a great practice management tool, and has everything I need and nothing I don’t

Cons

Honestly I have not had any complaints other than sometimes the reports give interesting results compared to if I run the reports manually. For every issue I have had, customer service has been prompt to guide and help me out.

Best Medical Software

Pros

This is by far the best EMR I've ever used. I run a cash PT clinic and it's perfect. It's totally modifiable to fit your needs. Additionally, [sensitive content hidden] has always been a great help with any questions we have. Excellent customer service!

Cons

None. There is nothing I would change about PT everywhere.

Pros

User friendly once you learn the ins and outs. Customer service is receptive to updates and recommendations.

Cons

I wish there was a better video library tutorial but the help desk is great about answering questions. The exercise prescription is not user friendly so we use another program that costs a lot of money which is frustrating.

Pros

The hybrid approach within PTEverywhere has been vital for our clinic. The flexibility to flow between Insurance Patients and Cash-Based Clients has been made easy with what PTEverywhere has to offer.

Cons

We have had some issues with the overall system and getting some systems in place have not been in a timely manner. There have been minor glitches within the system from time to time making patient documentation difficult.

Tough Integration

Pros

My title pertains to my limited experience with technological programs...I work with people and this took me a while to learn and understand. But, my IT contact, [sensitive content hidden], has been my saviour!! I have had numerous video chats with him to learn the finer aspects of the program. He has always been very patient and knowledgable an;d has gotten me mostly independent with the program now.

Cons

The Help section didn't help me at all. Again, being an older individual and not very familiar with computer programs, it was not easy to learn and I found that I continually ran into dead ends with the Help section/FAQ's. Thus [sensitive content hidden] is my hero!

My overall experience with PTEverywhere is good so far. I just began using it in March 2023 for a new (cash-based) practice we've created. We have used and still continue to use WebPT for another practice (insurance-based) we've had longer. So far, PT everywhere is certainly filling the requirements that we needed for this new cash-based practice. We're enjoying it so far overall.

Pros

I love the fact that patients can self book. I like the fact that I can place an option on my website for booking. I like the customization features on the software, which makes it truly feel like your own.

Cons

The SOAP notes are a little annoying. I also don't love the document uploading aspect. It feels as though I cannot see all the other pertinent ancillary documents for a client (identification cards, intake forms, medication lists, etc). The system also takes some getting used to and is not as user-friendly as I would like.

Reasons for Switching to PtEverywhere

Too costly and required a contract commitment. PT everywhere was great because they offered a cheaper option for new practices that are just starting out with no commitment to stay passed 1 month. They also offered a discounted rate for practices with fewer than 10 clients/patients. These features are very important to me because our practices are small and still growing. Don't want to commit to something for so long and with a costly price option.
