Best form builder for collecting leads- I must recommend it
Pros
WPForms is one of the best contact forms among all form builders that we've tested so far. It's incredibly lightweight and it's supercharged with lots of purpose-diversified templates. We use it to create signup forms for clients, surveys, polls, quiz forms, and for many other marketing purposes. It's affordable and essential for lead generation. Its integration with Stripe & Paypal makes it super easy for customers to easily checkout via their preferred payment methods.Additionally, we use it to create quote forms that help to save time. It's an imperative plugin for marketing.
Cons
Pro license for multiple websites is quite expensive.

It was an ok experience. I used it for some time - still, I changed to Formaloo two months ago, and to be honest, I think the decision was a good one.
Pros
The form builder is powerful. Plenty of integrations and possibilities for making forms a breeze at your WordPress page. There is a free version which covers the basic needs for forms. It's nice for getting used to it and see what it can do, however, for me the free version offers too less.
Support is very good.
Cons
Even though I got the reduced price for the plus features (100$), that is still plenty of money for a form builder in my opinion. And I just got the plus version missing some powerful features.
In addition: I know it is a WordPress Plugin - still, you can JUST use it as the WordPress Plugin. Formaloo is another Form Builder which offers maybe not as much features in regard to the form building process itself, but they are much more flexible in regards to embeding/using the forms.

Having a form collection tool is essential for our business, because it's how many of our leads contact us through our website. It's also how we collect newsletter signups. WPForms fulfils both functions well.
Pros
I've been using WPForms for a long time (3+ years); the actual product is fine. Everything works more or less the way it's advertised, it's easy to set up, and the shortcode system is good.
Cons
The pricing is genuinely absurd - US$199 per year for form collection under the Pro plan (which you need if you want Zapier integration). This doesn't even include native integration with Hubspot. I also find the decision to not offer a monthly subscription model quite odd.

In my opinion WPForms is the best form plugin. While there is room for improvement regarding the initial set up, it's easy and pleasant to use.
Pros
It's very easy to use, versatile and easy to manage. There are so many different fields and customizations you can make to your forms. It's very simple and fulfills all my needs
Cons
Customizing forms could be easier. It heavily relies on CSS. Also when I first set up WPForms I had deliverability issues so I needed to set up SMTP which was really complicated and I think it's a process that can be simplified.

I'm very happy with WPForms. I use it for all my websites. It's very good for beginners and very complete for those that need to create a very custom form. As I mention on the title, in my opinion it's a bit pricy but it makes me save a lot of time. It's definitely a good choice for agencies.
Pros
WPForms is easy to use and very complete. It has almost all the features that you can think about, which makes it very useful when you need to create complex forms. I've struggled long-time with other plugins and I can confirm that WPForms it really helps me to save my time.
Cons
The only thing I didn't like about WPForms is the pricing. It's definitely more expensive than other form plugins.

Overall, I am very impressed with all the features WPForms has to offer. The form templates library is vast and very intuitive, allowing us to quickly create and edit forms on the fly. Integration with WordPress is seamless and overall, the user experience is great.
Pros
I like how easy WPForms was to install and integrate into our WordPress website. In just a few clicks, we had the full functionality of WPForms integrated into our WordPress/Elementor dashboard. I also really appreciate their email notification tool, WP Mail SMTP. I was having issues with broken email form notifications and the WP Mail SMTP tool fixed the problem immediately.
Cons
The free "lite" version of WPForms is missing some key functionality that would be really helpful. Things like the Entries tool are missing in action, and some of the functionality of the SMTP tool like Email Logs and Email Reports are dumbed down as well. While these aren't deal breakers, I'd really love to see some more functionality included in the lite/trial versions of these programs.

Didn't realise that 'free' meant 'absolutely no way to see who has submitted a form at all'.
Pros
The base paid version allows you to collect forms 'and' review any of the form submitter details.
Cons
The freemium model is simply a placeholder on your website with no means to see who, how, or what has been asked, submitted, or requested. Make sure you buy the basic paid version as soon as you sign up or there is no use in downloading the integration. Even then, I reckon it will be a very affordable placeholder until a longer-term solution is found.

Overall WPForms does the job but there are form tools with better interfaces and UX in my opinion.
Pros
WPForms is pretty straight forward. It also allows you to easily integrate with multiple different ESPs or CRMs which can come in Handy. It also shows you right on the form if it is integrated with Zapier which is useful to keep track of what is happening in the account.
Cons
I didn't love the way the conditional logic worked. On the form it should indicate if a field has conditional logic on it rather than making me click on the field and navigate to the conditional logic section.

If you need a smart form, WP Forms is great! You can use basic conditional logic, it's easy to understand and to use and makes basic form building easy as pie. My only real criticism isn't even a criticism. Some of the other form plugins have been around longer and have been integrated into more plugins than WP Forms. So often times you'll run into a development gap if you're trying to build a smart form that interacts with another plugin. That said, if you're just looking for a stand-alone form plugin that gets basic and intermediate jobs done - this is by far the easiest plugin to use.
Pros
Easy to use, lots of basic features and functionalities, great user interface
Cons
Doesn't support as much complexity as some other competitors, doesn't have as many expansion options.

This plugin has been super helpful for email collection and overall user feedback( through surveys). It's been a great experience using this and I highly recommend it.
Pros
What I love most with the WPForms plugin is its lightness. Most plugins tend to possess useful functionalities but when they are heavy to an extent where they just overuse your site's CPU, then, they become useless at some point and this is where the WPForms plugin scored the best.
It's equally flexible and supports drag & drop. This plugin has helped me for more than 3 years now, to create and manage newsletter sign-ups, polls, quizzes, and more.
It easily integrates with Mailchimp and a few other CRMs giving me that combo to effectively grow my email lists.
I really like this plugin for its lightness & effectiveness too. I receive either new entry submissions or summary notifications every single week, giving it(WPForms) an"A+" for its steady & effective deliverability.
There are many other reasons why you should consider WPForms for your business. For example, with the paid plan you can easily Integrate Paypal add-ons to your website, create dynamic user registration forms, create surveys and the list goes on...
I mean, If all of these can be achieved with just one plugin, Why should you saturate your website with other plugins? I see it to be absolutely useless.
You'll get to discover other brainstorming functionalities of this plugin when you test it for yourself, so I highly recommend you to try it if you haven't already.
Cons
I think developers should consider adding to the free plan an option to add colored sections to forms. Although, this can be achieved using some CSS and HTML codes, however, I think not everybody is used to working with codes...Colors give amazing and attractive designs to forms and everyone tends to like such types of forms.
