Pros

It is fun and easy to use. This keeps the audience engaged. The audience retains more of the information with the way the information is presented.

Cons

I really cannot think of anything that I would change. You can tell they have thought of everything.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to onboard our course users to! This was critical for us as a small team delivering our online courses as we don't have the extra hands available to make sure the people we work with have an excellent experience and can focus on their learning.

Cons

We would have liked to be able to more fully automate this product with our existing Squarespace website, but as we are switching to Shopify, this has actually turned out not to be a deal-breaker for us.

TIQ was great to work with on our unique training needs and have been always available to help...

TIQ was great to work with on our unique training needs and have been always available to help troubleshoot problems. Their support desk is very responsive.

Pros

We moved over to using TIQ during the pandemic as a solution to move our internal training courses online. We like that users have a lot of flexibility in what device they can do their training from and that training content can be easily updated.

Cons

We'd like more customization in reports, the ability to remove users and the ability to set up push notifications to more administrators or a separate group of administrators in the organization.

TIQ made the process enjoyable and productive. They could translate our requests into their world and then produce something we didn’t really know how to articulate, yet was exactly what we wanted.

Pros

The software was easy to use; easy to adapt to our needs; provided a positive experience both in the development and the end result.

Cons

I found the updating of the content a bit cumbersome, mostly due to internal processes, not necessarily TIQ issue. We did find a workable solution for all involved.

That it engages the students and gives beneficial quantitative assessments for the completion rates.

Cons

I like the software but would like to be able to afford accessibility or functions for the applicability in safety training of our students.

Easy Learning TOol

Pros

It was easy to set up and use from an administrative perspective. As a user to access the site, it is easy and uncomplicated. The gamification makes the learning fun and easy.

Cons

I think it took a bit of time and effort to set up the designs the way we needed it to look. Overall the design was good, but if there is a lot of customization it does take some time to make it the way you want it to.

Pros

The company has spent more than 15 years developing the core tools and software, it has a proven track record based on a learner-centric model. It is deployable in near real time, providing a mechanism to very quickly deploy training / online learning experiences at scale.

Cons

Our biggest issue was developing an understanding of the software's capabilities internally.
