I am extremely pleased with my experience and collaboration with Next One Technology. It was important for us to be a customer and ot just a customer number and Next One Tehnology has excelled in that area.

Pros

Next One Tehnology is a customer first focused company with a very good product in Next Project. They are eager to hear and learn from the customer base so that the development of their product has real value to the customers business.

Cons

In the scale up phase that Next One Technology is in, the ambition for developing the products can be higher then the possibilty to get it to market.

Pros

Easy to use -logical setup. Can easily be integrated with ERP and other systems for your needs.

Cons

Accounting of customer invoices are depending thar you do things correct from start and are not so easy to change in a later stage.

The helpdesk, quick responses. User interface is very good, especially the search functions.

Their invoice module, it feels obsolete and out of date.

I'm super happy, been using it for nearly 8 years no i think, (2016-2022 for a swedish company) and now 2023-2024 for my own company here in the UK

Pros

My favorit part is when the projects is allowing to run it though next, its easy to follow up what jobs been done or not. and what has been done on a daily basis. And it makes it super easy for me to also keep track of the contractors on priced work to be able to sort out articles by name and job to know their exact payments

Cons

I think i stuggle a bit still with the invocing part especially when i have to add OOH to some aricles for like weekend work etc. then i usually just split it up to two invoices one ooh invoice and one normal. As it can be a bit tricky to find the jobs that needs uplift on in a long list of a weeks work

We enjoy the system and recommend it overall.

Pros

We appreciate that the system is flexible/open and it's easy to correct misstakes if you, for example, have entered wrong information in to a project.
It's also easy to do budgets, forecasts etc.

Cons

We sometimes think that it is to many options and possibilitys to do different things in the system, which makes it hard to explain for someone how things had been setup or should be done.
Even though it's easy to do budgets and forecasts, they are not summed up to the department overall or to the next level in the company which make it hard to get an overall view of the finances.

Very good, very happy. few tweaks here and there would make this product amazing.

Pros

Navigation is good, forecast and tracking is good. Invoicing is particularly useful. Having documents in one place is great, and multiple projects.

Cons

Scheduling/planning, scope of works/tasks, workflow, resource availability. Creating an application rather than using website would be a massive bonus.

The report making can take lots of time, this might be more we have lots of options rather than specific to Next

The ability to consistently add levels of detail, which makes it an approachable platform to start, but with great possibilities for extension.

Cons

If you have too many module tabs open, there is a very awkward scroll bar to look at the ones of the screen

The separation of different cost categories and helping them to track the movement in these.
