The fact that students on my platform can buy courses and book meetings just by clicking a button on my platform did improve sales volume on our platform.
Pros
I loved the fact that I could receive payments from my customers directly from my websites or send them payment links to purchase items from me. I embedded Paystack's customizable checkout on my website. This made payment easy to do on my website. I could also own an online ecommerce store without spending money building an ecommerce website from scratch.
Cons
The fact that only registered businesses are allowed on the platform is a no! no! for me. I think they should allow unregistered businesses use their platform too as this was the case when they first launched the platform.
Reasons for Switching to Paystack
Paystack was the only option that allowed me register an account with them because my country is in the list of supported countries to transact business using their platform. Whereas, PayPal and Stripe on the other hand didn't have support for my country.- Industry: Consumer Goods

I wish I could leave a star less than zero. I wasted this while month trying to get all the documents ready for this paystack company who is somehow recommended by other drop shipping stores and Shopify, who even give you the option the select drop shipping on their application only to send you an email telling you they don't work with drop shipping companies. I intend on using another more user friendly company and telling all my business associates to do the same however I am extremely dissatisfied by the unprofessional service I received from this company especially after accepting my application and documents as part of the application only to change completely afterward.
Pros
There's nothing to like as they discriminate against smaller companies

The way they waste a busy persons valuable time, give false information on their applications and take days to respond to emails

I've been using Paystack for several months now to manage payments for my business, and I couldn't be more impressed with how seamless and efficient the platform is. The setup was quick, and the interface is incredibly user-friendly, even for someone without technical expertise.
What stands out to me is the reliability—transactions are always processed smoothly, and I receive notifications instantly. Paystack also offers a wide range of payment options, making it easier for my customers to pay via card, bank transfer, or even USSD, which is a huge advantage in today's market.
Pros
Paystacks customer support is always responsive and helpful, addressing any questions I have promptly. Additionally, the detailed analytics and reporting features are excellent for tracking payments and understanding my business’s financial performance.
Cons
My only issue with Paystack is that they do not have same day payout.

I liked how efficient and easy it was to set it up with my company in order to make payments to clients and customers of my organization.
Cons
It wasn't as user-friendly as other services like Paypal, QuickBooks and other platforms for online payments. I didn't have the best customer experience when I called for assistance when I was setting up the platform.

I have used paystack for online payment for some time now and must say it's the best decision I've ever made. It is simple to conduct transactions from anywhere in the world.

It has been super easy using paystack to collect payments. We have used them for a few years and have not had any issue. Their customer support can be a bit slow sometimes but overall it has been good.
Pros
It was super easy to integration. With just a few lines of code, one can start collecting payment on a website. For more advanced scenarios, there are also other options for integration.Their webhook feature is also a great addition that helps solve problems with verification of payment.
Cons
While the method of integration is smooth, it comes with a downside. Some browsers have extension that block loading of script and it can lead to frustrating search for bugs when customers report issues with payment
