Pros
Maqsam, has so far been the best calling app we have used in my organization, the efficacy of its dialer when we make calls is clear and always connects the call, its network is super stable, and customer service is quick to respond in my own experience with them
Cons
sometimes, the app on mobile takes a while to load, and in my experience i would usually use a specific number to make calls, and the receiver might see another country code calling them, this has to be fixed, it only happens on mobile

For me, it has many problems.

Pros
It records calls, and we can listen to them after the call without needing to be an admin.
Cons
*It disconnects frequently during calls, regardless of the internet strength.
*The client cannot call back and be redirected to the person they initially spoke to.
*The sound is delayed.

As a cx specialist I've used various dialers without mentioning names but Maqsam was the best of them all until now even though the other dialers are well known.
Pros
The easy way to use it, the way I can check, review, and see my calls easily and track my calls even download it also the AI part which indicates how the call was going through an emoji
Cons
I can't edit the number on the mobile app, I've to remove the whole number and re-write it from the beginning!
