Overall, I found Mail.com fundamentally strong and covers the fundamental features.
Overall, I found Mail.com fundamentally strong and covers the fundamental features.
Pros
I have used mail.com for the business email commitments, cloud storage and document sharing. It has allowed me to run in test environment and working with Dev team on various alterations.
Cons
Mail.com tends to be more exposed to spam emails and GDPR is not being followed properly. There is no enhanced filtering to filter out irrelevant emails.

It's easy to use with a simple interface, but it's lacking some features that will make it better.
It's easy to use with a simple interface, but it's lacking some features that will make it better.
Pros
It's a very simple mailer. The interface is easy to use. All basic features you need in a mailer are included.
Cons
For some reason I have to save every email I send to in the contacts otherwise it won't be recalled in the search bar when I want to resend to the same email. It used be working fine at the beginning. Now it isn't.
The other thing that annoys me is that they keep advertising their packages more often than they should. You don't see Gmail keeps pushing extra storage packages down to you every time you open the mailer to send an email.

i started with mail.com when i started my online boutique, back in 2024. its awesome with a free plan, that allows me to choose from multiple domain options, customize it and make it my own. however, i do not like having to constantly reset creds to log on bc sometimes it rejects creds and makes app useless. cant complain much as i said it is free with options for paid or platinum subscriptions to have a more custom domain and more
Pros
easy to use free email service that allows customization however the free version isnt flawless, it does work and personally i like it. can customize domain which is awesome especially for new business owners.
Cons
limited features for free plan, sometimes i cant log in and my login creds are saved on all my devices so unsure why

Very mediocre experience.
Very mediocre experience.
Pros
I needed to create a quick email address for free to be able to receive email.
Cons
No organization. Support is almost non existent if you are having issues logging in. Plus they are no longer allowing people in my country to access. I lost important accesses to some accounts because they decided to become unavailable in Mexico.

Mostly good overall. Keep a lot of emails organized with it
Pros
You get some really cool email names for free
Cons
One time I didn’t use one email for a while and it got entirely deleted. And I was not able to go back and reclaim it even though it was tied to some other accounts as a verification email.

Great for a quick and easy solution for an email account without getting "too personal" or requiring too much personal information.
Pros
Getting started is extremely easy. Short process that doesn't require too much information.
Cons
Not many options to choose from. Simple, but plain "generic". Could use some personlization options such as lay out, folder options, themes &/or skins.

I will rate this experience as POOR one because you may not know when they'll block it to other countries.
Pros
The only thin to like about mail.com is they provide you lots of email extension for almost any category like @doc @engineer.
Cons
I've never seen a mail service provider that oesn't let someone sign-up because they live in a specific country. I live in Pakistan, and they give me this message whenever I try to log in or sign-up
"We’re very sorry – we can’t sign you up
Your IP address suggests you are trying to sign up in a country where mail.com registration is no longer possible. Unfortunately, this means we can’t create an account for you"
I already had 2 accounts with them but they don't care.

Mail.com Is Plainly A Good Choice
Reviewed on 2022/06/09
Very pleased as it addresses every overflow need I have at no cost.
Very pleased as it addresses every overflow need I have at no cost.
Pros
Mail.com seems no-frills at first blush but when you get into it you find it has an offfice suite, template builder, alias addresses, avatar, cloud storage and more. It has a folder option which allows you to organize your documents accordingly plus helpful blogs concerning email etiquette and suuggestions on email security. Not to mention a premium plan. All in all there is much more to mail.com than just mail.com.
Cons
There is a recurring difficulty with login; twice a year or 18 months, my password suddenly is invalid and the recovery process is more difficult than it should be. And the email home page is formatted unlike the standard emails (Outlook, Gmail e,g,) so locating options like Delete and Move To can be disconcerting if you do not use it frequently. Some features are basic - the font options, uploading images - so it is not for stylish mailers.

My overall experience was definitely not a good one . Hopefully they can upgrade this service in the future.
Pros
I like that this software is available in case you need another email and have used all the other main email softwares because that was my case.
Cons
I like this app at first and it's overall existence until I went to log in to check my emails one day and it told me that my account had suspicious activity and it was closed . I was not able to retrieve my emails or my account .
