The product is really good and the team behind as well. They are very helpful in onboarding and are ready to give you hand there. We were able to uncover 1M in churn risk and mitigate it and also uncover what are the best expansion levers.
Pros
It is very easy to see customers who are at risk of churn and act on it immediately. It is very hard to serve our big customer base, customer score helps us to see which customers to focus on, whether they are likely to churn or they are ripe for expansion. The integration to CRM systems makes working with customers a breeze.
Cons
I think there hardly any negative points right now. The product is simple, it delivers what it promises.

This has improved efficiency and helps us focus on customer retention and potential upselling opportunities.
Pros
What I like best about CustomerScore.io is how user-friendly it is, combined with its great features and helpful support. The platform is easy to set up and use, making it simple to integrate into daily workflows while delivering valuable insights.
Cons
There’s not much to dislike about CustomerScore.io. If anything, the lack of full integration with our CRM could be improved, but it’s manageable thanks to the helpful links that effectively connect the two systems.

Pros
I like how CustomerScore works. When we implemented their solution, we immediately started to see where we had high potential for customer churn. It also provided us with other valuable insights about our product.
Based on data from CustomerScore, we decided to introduce new features to our platform that deliver continuous value to our customers, and we started noticing a significant difference. Without CustomerScore, we wouldn’t have identified the issues in our platform.
Cons
Longer integration, but their team was really helpful.

I’m genuinely impressed with CustomerScore. The setup was quick and painless, and their support team has been fantastic whenever I needed help. What I love most is that it’s focused on the essentials – no unnecessary features that make other tools feel overwhelming. Plus, the fit score is a game-changer; it helps me focus on the right customers, recognizing that not everyone has to be a perfect match for our product. For the price, it’s hard to beat – after checking out a bunch of options, CustomerScore was hands down the best choice

Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about CustomerScore. Initially, I did wish it had playbooks, but they’ve since added that feature, making the tool even better.

I appreciate that at a glance, I can see where there’s potential for upselling and where there’s a risk of customer churn. I can also easily automate communication for specific customer segments. The implementation of Customerscore.io was smooth, thanks to their excellent support team.
Cons
The setup could use more detailed documentation, though it’s understandable as they’re new to the market and actively improving.
