I like it due to easy managemet work and check helpdesk performance due to connection to Sql reporting services.
Pros
I implemented it for several companies as one system. Helpdesk works well and own customization works well.
Cons
Support was sometime very slow and not provide excellent feedback. Waiting for fixing or new version takes long time.

Overal very good experience, intuitive product and quick implementation.

Pros
Easy user administration, almost everything you need is possible to configure in administration module
Often updated (if you have prepaid maintenance) - lot of new useful functionality
Good and quick techical support from developer
Cons
I didn´t find anything significant negative
In user administration is missing merging users/companies, after migration we have lots of semiduplicities (like CAD_Studio vs CADStudio with subordinate users ) and is sometimes dificult to merge this records.

I have good experiences with the "Requestor" application, as well as with the company.

I have good experiences with the "Requestor" application, as well as with the company.
Almost everything was possible in the current version of application and if I have found something what wasn't, the development team was able to implement it in the few days in to the next version.
Pros
Is very good (not only) service desk application.
Easy interface with many customization possibilities
Cons
It still needs human operators :-)

We use Requestor almost half a year. Every day we have about 10-15 requests. Requestor we installed ourselves, it's very easy. It took us about 1 hour. The basic setting is also very simple.
Pros
We like the clear and simple graphical interface. IT staff enough for a short training.
