Good company with good communication. Would like more features.
Pros
It is a no frills software that gets the job done. Low cost and easy to implement. Solid support team.
Cons
It is missing some critical features for my company. They are good at taking suggestions, however it takes awhile to implement.

Utterly broken and exceedingly slow

Pros
Apparel formatting
Half-decent integration support
Affordable pricing
Honestly though, that's about it...
Cons
Constant errors for even simple operations
Rare updates fail to address major technical issues
Outdated API support causes total slowdowns
No scalability, constant errors with large orders
Very bad and borderline unusable return authorization system
Lacks basic information (unit totals, costing, etc.)
Workarounds for errors sometimes take hours for what would be a simple 3-minute operation
UI looks straight out of the 90s and operates as such
All-in-all, a complete lack of integrity or usability
