An easy to use system, easy to implement with rich additional useful features, at a low cost.
I was looking for a system to handle the call volume. But with SimplyCT I got much more than that. Their systems offer much more than just calls handling, the multi communications channels offered by SimplyCT allows customers to interact with my agents in more ways than just calling in, this increases substantially the volume of the help tickets my agents can handle on a daily basis.
Very easy to implement, stable application with rich features. Main pro for Agents is that no training is needed. Main pro for Supervisors; a real time supervision dashboard that supplies insight into what is going on with the agents: stating call volume for the day, work load, calls duration, pending calls. It enables agents' adjustment on the fly. At peak times agents can be polled off projects to answer the calls. I love the different channels of communications it offers including chat interactions, web-call back, emails. I like that the agents can view all interactions, in multi queue, and that I as the supervisor can drill down the reports to understand the various interactions. We have a live LCD wall board that features live statistics and helps motivates all agents. SimplyCT's customer service is always friendly, normally responding within an hour. If they do not have a solution that day, they will have one the next day. Their services are very reliable, never go down.
The only con is that the solution does not let you use a physical phone (voip/sip phone) and currently no IOS (iPad/iPhone) applications (not web based). Would like to see the supervisor console to monitor live calls on the go on an iPad device. Would also like to see wallboard statistics on an iPad device.
SimplyCT is easily implemented into any existing business structure. They win all around in customer service, efficiency, voice quality, real-time supervision, and synchronization with current business solutions. Because of SimplyCT, my business runs more smoothly and efficiently. If anyone would ever ask me to recommend a call center software, SimplyCT would be it. The list could go on. Hands down!
They are extremely helpful, patient, and caused the implementation of SimplyCT into our business structure to be easy and efficient. The team at SimplyCT is so helpful that they will even have their developers add in extra functions to help my business run more efficiently. They are very personable and I have never had a negative issue in the year we have been with them. The software is easy to use and my team is able to learn updates easily as well. I have received all the help I could ever need from them, plus some. I am able to easily pull reports on employees to make sure they have high customer service and efficiency. I can easily train my employees because of all the back-office supervisor functions available. I am able to easily track the success of campaigns by pressing a button, whether it be in a chart, list, report, or spreadsheet. Reports are easy, a one-click process. Ease of use for the supervisor is superior. I can monitor both employees and campaigns in real-time.
There are no cons. Seriously! The SimplyCT team is superior in customer service and does everything and anything they can to accommodate my business structure!

Is easy to use, is very easy to install, we don't need an extra soft phone, we believe that this is a very important feature and we love it, the price is right and the team from tech support is amazing, it doesn't matter what you need they will make it happen
