Beta LaserMike is a provider of precision measurement and control solutions for a range of non-contact measurement applications. We use SalesForce as our CRM to manage contacts, leads, and customers.
However, this was only part of the equation. We needed a solution to help us better track and develop leads over a period of time and move them to sales-ready opportunities. We looked at a number of solutions on the market, and while these products offered everything we were looking for, they also carried a hefty monthly price tag.
Then we came across Genoo and it provides the same capabilities, but at an affordable monthly price. We're currently using the latest version of Genoo. We implemented the system in Q3 of 2010 and the process went smoothly. The Genoo technical team was there every step of the way to make sure all the features and functions were working as specified. The Genoo team also helped us with our integration with SalesForce.
Genoo was as easy to learn as it was to implement. Within a matter of weeks, we were up and running and conducting full-blown email marketing campaigns with lead forms and lead scoring.
From a customer support standpoint, Genoo has been very responsive and extremely willing to clarify any issue or resolve problems. While it's still too early to share the ROI the system has delivered, Genoo has helped us to create the awareness, preference, and value of our products through professional-looking and very effective email campaigns.
I like the ability to edit web content and manage email marketing campaigns all in one interface. I also like how easy the interface is to navigate and how fast their support gets back to you with answers. You can create email templates and then organize them into groups and automate them in a campaign. Their analytics are also getting more sophisticated as I have used the product. They are constantly working to make the product the best it can be!
The automated campaign builder is a little bit confusing in some of the details and could be a little more user-friendly (for example, drag and drop).
