Too bad

Pros

In my company we use this application as an email portal for support mailbox and also to communicate with customers via chat. and I must emphasize that none of the options seem good to me. As I mentioned in my title Bad, obsolete and very old since it has not been modernized. The mail option is very slow and does not simplify processes or fields.
The chat option is very bad and slow. Additional if you are working with dual customers the chat option use the same text box, so you confuse the client and send the wrong information many times.

Cons

The application has a lot to change to be good. Maybe in its time it was functional but now I do not consider it. This application is being replaced by another one with better options

Pros

In moxie you can used for email and chat with clients. Its very fast.

Cons

I dont like when you need search any email/chat because have much steps.

when I worked with this tool , i liked that I could get old information because this tool allow me to change the date.

Pros

Moxie give you the option of attend customers and send emails of follow up in the same tools.
the audit with moxie is better than other tools.
moxie allows to check information of specific date.

Cons

sometimes moxie freeze and you should close the application to solve the issue.

his appearance is not the friendliest

For two weeks, starting on Cyber Monday Moxie has not been working. Support is a waste of time and I have repeatedly escalated. They are non-communicative. They have asked for logs several times as a stalling tactic.

This email system cannot send emails.
