Mailrelay Reviews

Since I use short time Mailrelay, I cannot talk about the complete pacakge they offer. However, I can tell that it is really broad e-mail service platform, that you can use for really whole spectrum of needs.

You can adjust, your subscriber list, you can import newsletter templates and send them when you want and how much you want (of course there is a limitation by the total number of subscribers, but there is no limitation regarding of number of newsletter you can send for example in one hour or so).
The only think it is fuzzy for me is statistcs that is not so clear and easy for use, and there is no possibilty to repeat sending newsletter for those people who didnt opened newsletter in the first sending.

In general Mairelay is really helpful and useful service that I would recomend to anyone

I was using mailrelay as my choice until I found sendy (self hosted with Amazon AWS). But if you don't have advanced technical knowledge, this is your best option if you need best price-value.

I can communicate with my suscriptors twice a week in a very easy way.

I have everything I need as an autoresponder and when a problem arises, the support response is almost immediate

We support Mailrelay because it is Spanish and their customer support is very good. Not so much for their great quality / price ratio. I have small business and what you want are things to be easy and work well, nothing else. If this is at a reasonable cost, go for it. What we do not want are lazy people, because they have no time or resources to devote human resources. Maybe they should allocate a budget to their design in order for the client to have a better use of the app.

This is an amazing piece of software. The software appears to have been developed with thoughtful consideration of security features and resource demands. It's light weight and quite flexible in deployment options.

Creating an email marketing template with Mailrelay is fairly easy. Mailrelay uses a WYSIWYG template to create newsletters. The actual newsletter is created in an HTML editor. You can either use an existing template or create a new one, using custom HTML code.

I have been using it for several years, easy to use, great templates which save me a lot of designing time.
Just have to follow them on tweeter, facebook and G+ and you'll get a lot of contacts and emails to send monthly.

My company is just a small to medium size business. I've tried numbers of email marketing software including those installed on my server (open-source), I think MailRelay is the best for small to medium size businesses.

Not very satisfied overall

When I heard about mailrelay offering free mass mail and autoreponder, i was elated. Finally I can send my newsletter and reach out to as many people as I can. The UI was easy to navigate and has superb tools to create newsletter and relevant statistical data to know your newsletter status. This is one great mass emailer.. Cheers to you.

I had to start using it after a bad experience with a competitor  I am now planning to use ir as my first option for email.

I have worked with mailchimp, constant contact, and MailRelay is the best one! I have it for free and no ads, annoying pop ups! Unlimited features. Great! Thank you MailRelay!

Your services give me a chance to make more experience in send mail via smtp relay. So that I can apply tomy mail server to avoid rejecting mail by spamhause, etc.
Especially, your support team is really great.

Great software for a free account. Definitely recommend this software over others such as Mail Chimp. All works like it is supposed to! Easy for others to use that are not so tech savy.

Great all round product

My experience with this platform that was not satisfied.
I took the other good platform and working with them, they are completely good.

i found Mailrelay as One of the best email marketing software ever and Mailrelay is very cost effective as compare to others.

Hard to use, feature and function are not user friendly, customer support is good and finally its value for money.

So far, Mailrelay is the best application I had used for creating professional newsletters. They have the largest number of subscribers for the Free plan, and the software has a lot of features to meet most of your needs.

Mixed. System is good and effective but if the service after sales is pathetic it's unreliable for long run.
