When performance and effort are recognized, work is more appreciated and makes us continue to strive harder to achieve goals. I like the Kudos recognition and rewards program, which makes me feel valued for the performance of my work done day by day and encourages me to improve. Also, the survey method for us employees to be able to give opinions and points of view based on our experience.

I don't feel displeased at all with any of the functions or services.

The idea was good but trying to implement it didn't work for our business

trying to reward employees all the time was a mess they are paid to do a job but in the end they thought that they should also get rewarded for doing the tasks they are paid to do

Kudos is a great motivational and appreciation tool.

I like that it is like an online card which allows a keepsake from all team members.

I dislike that on the free version we only have 10 reviews in one board.

I have seen a few other sites that offer a reward program however, Kudos, is my favorite as this platform offers reasonable points systems. I feel its very employee / employer motivating! I know from personal experience, getting a kudos, definitely feels good and gives you a boost in the day! I truly love Kudos, fun engaging, motivating, all around a great platform!

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Kudos. I don't feel like anything would need to be improved at this point. Its a really reasonable and fair system

Kudos is easy to use and a very effective way to reach out to peers and employees and let them know how much you appreciate their contribution.A very wide selection of rewards and awards make it fun to use.

There is not much I don't like about it to be honest.

I like that I can access Kudos through teams/our single sign on, and through my email. The dashboard is very easy to understand and tracks my streaks which is motivation to keep using it weekly.

Kudos is very easy to use and I have no concerns at this time.

Kudos is an easy way for me to keep up with my colleagues. I work remotely, and from afar, so I do not have that face to face contact that many others do. Kudos provides an easy to use, wonderful platform to remind people how appreciated, valuable and necessary they are.

Sometimes I cannot figure out how to like and reply to rewards and comments very easily. It does not seem as fluid and direct as it could be.

You can buy something for getting appreciated.

It's a little bit expensive for buying rewards.

I like to be able to recognize our technicians and let them know that they are doing a job. When it's in writing, they can go back and look at it.

The only thing I don't like is that it seems like I get too many reminders to give someone Kudos.

The ability to recognize staff promptly is a great way to boost morale.

It's very easy to use. You can reward your colleagues in a few seconds, and simply bring happiness to their day. It makes you be more helpful because you can be rewarded for it.The greatest thing is my points value is doubled twice a year and it's fantastic.

The only downside is that claiming Kudos is a taxable event.

Being able to show and share appreciation openly and honestly to those that deserve it

Limited Kudos and probably that it not used as much as it should be, It's a wonderful platform to build community
