Choose this as your ultimate business managing companion. The constantly updated features are just bringing unbelievable levels of creativity and productivity to the table.

Pros

I love the flow of everything and how easy it is to track what the team is doing and to see a projected timeline and estimated project completion dates

Cons

What i dislike is pricing is of use is too much if you own small company, however you do have 14 day trial period so you can decide if that software suits you.

Some of Actionspace’s features include easy managing and evaluating task progress, automated workflow creation, task statuses, among others.

Pros

Actionspace enables companies and departments to get better visibility and stay focused. You can monitor numerous tasks and projects all from within one application. It’s also possible to connect tasks and manage project teams as you work, analyze project steps and reduce repeated tasks and errors. All your best practices for different projects and tasks can also be saved as templates which include all subtasks and associated content for your future reference

Cons

In my opennion corretly there is no issue with it.
Actionspace is a powerful but easy to use enterprise task management as well as simple project management solution. Natively integrated with Office 365 and SharePoint, it is an effective tool for team managers and executives to assign, manage and monitor project tasks, and foresee business risks.

Extra tool to keep track of Project Management

Pros

What I loved about this product is how it's an add-on to Office 365 and you're still able to do all you did with the Office 365 but with the add-on, you have many more tools at your reach.

Cons

What I didn't like was how many times it froze my computer and I just never used the program again since I can't stand having a frozen computer due to a single program.
