Very intuitive, professional interface. All the features one could need for a smooth work process.

Porting address books between two accounts can be a pain.

Outlook is the default email client and is easy to use for all email related Servies. Syncs quickly as soon as you are connected to the internet. Also setting emails rules is pretty easy for example to redirect emails from a particular sender to a folder

Outlook search needs to be more refined as the search results are not always very accurate

The interface. Its easy to user, clear and you have all important info at glance. I like the layout and the button styles as well.

It hangs. Now less than before but in the last years Outlook was having troubles in handling large quantity of data. With the cloud service its much better (no more psts) but now it hangs when facing poor network performances.

I like the fact that it is user friendly with simple help solutions

The online application is not my thing. Idk why, but the actual app just works better for me.

It connects all the productive parts of the daily life of a working person in one life - email, calendar, contacts and tasks and then onto the rest of the Office 365 Apps

It is very cluttered when on a small Surface Pro screen - you need a big display when all the alerts and insight views are enabled.

It helps us to prioritize the work, ensure timely response for a better client response.

The application lags at times then need to refresh it get the fresh emails and got a limited storage capacity of old emails.

I am not a fan of the "new outlook" as it function more like the web application, but as a desktop application. Some features are not available on the new one (which I think they're working on adding hopefully)

I use my Outlook as my main way to communicate with all my clients and customers. I'm in real estate, the use emails daily. One feature I really like is what is on my Outlook at home, is also on my Outlook at the office computer, and on my cell phone.

I really don't have any cons, except sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming all it can do.

The possibility to operate with the emails, calendar, tasks, teams & the interactivity between them. Classical email feature are very convenient. Schedule email for future delivery. Calendar is very useful, suggested times

Basic user licenses don't have access to outlook client.
No much customization options like themes

Outlook has got everything what a business needs from it's emailing tool. We can check delivered notification, read receipts and we can easily integrate it with any other external tool to streamline the process. We can easily personalize it according to our needs.

Sometimes it works very slowly and creates some issues and they should now considering changing the UI as it's been long.

Easy to navigate, easy to organize my emails and keep track of all my contacts.

Nothing really comes to mind. It makes my workday quite easy.

The inbox has "Focus" and "Other" folders. You can expect less important emails to land in the Other folder, while important ones land in the Focus folder, all while staying separate from the Spam folder.

Sometimes, when I change my password at the office, it doesn't change on my computer at home. I'm not sure if it is operator error, or if it is a glitch with Microsoft.
