Overall my experience has been a good one. A few issues with a previous device and it not working. But thats the only issue in the long amount of time I have been a consumer.
Pros
Being able to share my docs everywhere. I can use it on a laptop, phone, desktop and others and all my important saves are in the same place. The spell check and grammer suggestions is also fantastic. Sometimes when you are doing something in a hurry you miss things or make mistakes and this finds them in less than a second. Its easy to use for all ages also.
Cons
At first it was a little difficult navigating some of the tools it offers. It also for whatever reason refused to work on one of my previous phones. Customer service tried to help but we couldn't figure it out.

I Absolutely love Google Software and products. They are my number one overall in the software community. They make things easy & sharable. They don't try to lock out other software and companies. They just always work!!!
Pros
It's easy converting to other software, it's ability to import clearly, data is never lost, it is so easy to receive and download information and to compare everything that is needed in informing and helping others.
Cons
I struggle with the appearance of some documents. I have been using computers for over 40 years and I guess I have a little OCD thing about how everything should look. I'm old school, we were taught that there were only so many acceptable formats. I've had to come along way since then.

There used to be a long workaround for inserting an image, but I think that has now been updated. Otherwise that was the only problem I had.

Definitely My Personal Favorite Google App

I really love and use Google Docs pretty much everyday, whether I find the need to do quick perusals in the stories I wrote or editing some documents which I can possibly do both online and offline. I really appreciate how I can definitely edit my documents offline and just have the changes applied once I am back online.
Pros
The first time I used this is back when I was a doing a paper with my classmates in my university and I appreciate how we simply don't need to justify our contributions because the history will simply show it. I appreciate it even more when I write my stories because I can even change the color of the paper that is said to help it easier to write even more. It is still my favorite Google App up to date and has never left my phone app list ever since.
Cons
There are honestly none because I truly love Google Docs and how convenient it is whether using it for personal purposes or even in professional matters. I love how it is pretty straight forward and you don't need to be tech-savvy to be able to use it.

Pros
Google Docs is my favorite. I use it everyday in some capacity--whether it is taking notes, collaborating with my team on a project, tagging outside organizations into a document, creating various informational sheets, etc. It works very well for our industry.
Cons
My only true complaint I have is the formatting when printing. If this could be fixed to work more similar to Microsoft Word, then I would have zero complaints.

It has made my work as a writer easier and safer. I can have everything in Drive and not be afraid of losing any data. It has the history of the changes I have made to each of the files. It keeps my comments and notes, too.
Pros
What I like the most is that the document auto-saves, and if anything happens to the computer or any device I am working on, the file will still be in the drive. I won't lose it.
Cons
There is one little thing I still don't know how to do, and it is to activate a dark mode in which the page turns black.

Positive and useful. I depend on Google for so much more than just this - email, Google Drive, etc. on a daily basis. The products are good and serve my needs as an independent contractor with 4 jobs, all different and all in education.
Pros
User-friendly and easy to deploy. I can share docs with anyone, anywhere, and edit in real-time.
Cons
Storage is on the light side, unless you have a company account that increases both your bandwidth and storage capabilities. Larger files also take longer to upload so if you're in a hurry, it is best to compress the files in a folder and upload the folder instead of individual large files.

My overall experience with Google Docs has been quite positive. I liked almost everything about it. The collaborative features make it easy to work on documents with others, and the ability to access and edit documents from any device is convenient. The wide range of formatting options and easy sharing capabilities are also big pluses.
Pros
I believe the most appealing aspect of Google Docs is its ease of collaboration. The ability to work on documents simultaneously with multiple users and see real-time changes is incredibly convenient and conducive to teamwork. Additionally, seamless integration with other Google services and cloud storage functionality are highly valuable.
Cons
I liked almost everything about Google Docs, but one thing that I found inconvenient was its limited offline functionality. While Google Docs does offer offline access, the functionality is not as robust as working online. It would be helpful to have more features available in the offline mode for times when an internet connection is not available.

Best platform to manager documents and have them coedited across teams, organizations. Flexible and understandable UI on top of easy online editing. Almost every user has years of experience or familiarity with the tool.
Easily extends filemanagement via apps on other devices and even phones.
A lot of integrations available with existing CRMs and other tools.
Cons
Sometimes copies can become annoying and get to be created mistakenly or due to sharing complexity.
The tool works only online. Some utilities are done in an interesting manner which is not straighworfard.

My go to web application

Pros
Google Docs is my go to Web application. I write all of my files and my notes in Google Docs. What I like most about this application is that it is easier for me to access my files or documents even when I am not connected into a Wi-Fi because it allows me to download my files offline.
Cons
I like least about the Google Docs is, I can’t seem to figure out how to customize certain elements. However , I can easily find instructions on how to change the entire page's layout but I am having a hard time when it comes to to smaller details like headers or footers.

It has changed the way I write radically; its collaboration, efficiency and accessibility features have taken writing to the next level. Google Docs allows me to easily translate ideas into text and all, whether I'm writing a school project, a professional report, or a creative writing project.
Pros
Google Docs has completely transformed how I write and collaborate. Some of my favorite things are real-time co-editing with others, built-in commenting/suggestion tools, and version history that keeps track of every change, so nothing gets lost.
Cons

Google docs is a staple tool. It's got all of the basics we need to keep notes, collaborate on projects, and share information. It is so helpful for our team to all be working within the same document.
Pros

Cons
This is a hard one to answer. What I like least about Google Docs is probably if/when the formatting changes when a document is published or converted to a different type (for example, PDF).
