The fact that the software is ever-evolving and improving. I love that the Wodify company is not resting on a good product. But trying to make it better.

I wish that help articles were easier to understand and user-friendly. I tend to find myself not fully understanding what the help is trying to say.

It was great to have everything packaged into one place for managing my gym.

The support at Wodify has never actually fixed any issues. They will either "add it to the list" or push the fault on you. I recently got charged 2x for the same invoice due a a chargeback and wodify did nothing to help me and told me to work it out with my member. When I tried to do that, I gave her a refund and then lost the entire invoice once again because wodify did not communicate the refund to the bank. Their resolution was for me to "work it out with my member or the bank". I've been with them for over 9 years now and will be leaving next month.

They are growing as well, but sometimes the constant updates are hard to keep up with.

Over the years, Wodify has increased capability with workflow, tasks, SMS, email, and reporting. Also modernizing the platform. It's nice to see investment and organization. And they've still maintained base level function (member management, performance tracking, etc.).

Integrations aren't always the greatest. The team puts out a lot of fixes and new function, and afterwards, integrations sometimes break or don't function the way they used to. Examples - Custom Reports and Zapier/Mailchimp. These items shouldn't be an afterthought. A lot of gyms depend on them.

payroll features are limited. i would like to be able to track clock in and clock out features.

It is easy to use for myself, staff, and athletes. We have been Wodify users for a long time, and we love seeing many of our wants/needs come to life in the software! I especially love all the CRM and retention tools!

There is nothing I dislike about the software!

It is a very intuitive product. I like that you can input the workout for clients to see.

Payment processing and membership billing are integral to the success of a small gym and I appreciated the simplicity and ease of use of Wodify. The mobile kiosk display was appealing and fairly easy to use but was used less as everyone moved to their own personal device. The per person pricing structure that we were paying (from getting in early) also made the cost appealing for a small gym.

As my business shifted I felt this software no longer met our needs. We moved away from a group class setting into a 1-on-1 and remote training approach that was better suited by other platforms. I also felt the reporting was confusing due to being overly complicated.

The software is structured very well, making it easy to run a small business without being overly time-consuming. It's an all in one package deal allowing small business owners to process sales, athlete checking-in, programming, integration with Wordpress (website), tracking revenue & athlete performance, scheduling, and even laying out competitions, with ease. I enjoy how user-friendly it is and make it so convenient that everything is run in one place.

I personally least like dealing with the WordPress & coding. However, once set up it's a great feature to have. I did need help to get my WordPress linked to Wodify in order to post my daily WOD on my website. However, the WODIFY Team is amazing, and they have been so pleasant to work with, helping me every step of the way to get it all set up. Technology is constantly changing, so once in a while, I have to schedule a meeting for some help. But I am very confident the issue will be resolved once I submit a help ticket.

The app/software is simple and very intuitive to use and navigate through. Daily workouts and past workouts are all available for you to access, but the best part is that it records and track subsequent workouts or lifts that you've already done which is a great motivator. A build in percentage calculator to ease your mind when you're mentally unable to do the math for maxes, and even useful tools such as their extensive exercise database. Simple, to the point, and then some extra icing on top.
It also has a nutrition category in which you're able to access, but I haven't had much need or use for that. I'm sure it's great just like the other components of the software though.

I would say that a visual face-lift for the interface wouldn't hurt. As of now it's a pretty standard looking platform but could be enhanced a little so that it doesn't look like a program from the early 2000's. Other than that, nothing that really sticks out in regards to the actual use of the program.
