The new technical that is released frequently

I don't have many cons but the only part that needs updating for me was the badges web desinger and in Cvent connect they confirmed this has been updated now, which makes us very happy customers

i love the ability to manage all aspects of the event through one cloud based software

Cvent has been around for so long that is has a huge community of users and lots of guide to help you with the platform. It does everything you need from a events platform.

The workflow is a bit clunky, it can be hard to find exactly what you looking to edit as it could be under a heading you didn't expect it to be under.

That is holds all features and functionality that we would require to request, build a reg site, and plan an event within one platform.

I think that the reporting could be more robust!

With such a large set of features, it can take a little bit of time to fully train on the tool.

Need more training and improvements on abstract manager. Need a way to score the submission by a reviewer.

It only support online registration due to lack of offline access.

Cvent event management made it easier for us to organize our events in one platform. The ready-to-use templates and flexibility to host small to large events is a plus! I love using the customer support live chat anytime I run into an issue. They are quick to respond!

It can be a bit time consuming on learning how to use Cvent overall, but after that everything is seamless. Not being able to login into multiple devices using one account gets tiresome when I am working offsite and my computer at work still has me logged in.

Nothing really is wrong with cvent it is genuinely the best

I enjoy how user friendly Cvent event management is. Creating the mobile app, uploading attendees and sending emails are important for our job, and having it all in one place is convenient!

At this time, there are not any major cons I have with Cvent. Sometimes the website can act up a bit when adding attendees, however, that happens with all websites and customer support is helpful.

It's a one stop shop for all things- from travel to the event, to lodging, to app management, to session tracking.

there are frequent changes and integrations that sometimes need creative workarounds.

I only used it for registration site building for the most part, but I know you can do many things with Cvent - they have a lot of tools under their umbrella that all integrate with one another.

The registration site building is not super customizable. I've used many platforms for this and this is my least favorite. The customer service is sometimes slow to respond, or just doesn't in some scenarios, and they don't cover everything - you can connect with someone and then they say they can't help you and send you to someone else.

Registration is pretty easy to set up. I wish there was a more linear path for creating an event or a checklist to use for some of the different parts.

Cost and ease of customization. It seems that you may need some coding experience to really get the most out of building the registration site and the attendee site and app are even more limited.

I like that everything is in one place and I can organize all my attendees for each event easily.

Sometimes links do not work and I need to add and delete sessions from people and if they are not in the same registration type it gets tricky.

Comprehensive platform that allows you to work within multiple avenues and cater the needs to exactly what you are working on. Easy to use. Great help desk and support.

Can be sometimes difficult to figure out more intimate details.

Some of the email functions are very limited. Once you select an audience for an email you cannot update it

I enjoy how customizable everything is and how there is a process for everything.

Cvent community is never up to date. If we have questions, we have to message our cvent contact.

The software makes planning and managing events both virtual and hybrid events easy.

Not a single problem while using this event management tool.

Cvent is a great platform to source your venue and create your event, registration. Also the integration it provides with AttendeeHub and/or onArrival is key when planning events.

While the backend tool is easy to use and user friendly, I would love to see a more mobile version of the backend.
