Most evolved and feature rich platform for webinars, training, online events
Reviewed on 2015/08/26
webinars that address a larger audience fall short when you force them through meeting software. INXPO makes video broadcasting easy and adds many options for audience engagement beyond just sharing slides and polls. great experience, self-service or assisted, brandable. Good stuff!
Pros
easy admin console to create presentations
all kinds of video input options
audience tools include surveys, polls, handouts, quizzes, group chat, Q&A
panel controls to draw attention to things (i.e. move a panel to front so audience sees it)
customizable user interface
screen sharing
Cons
costs more than "free" but better than the free options.

Work smarter, not harder with INXPO
Reviewed on 2015/04/27
We have been using INXPO to produce our webcasts for almost 3 years now and have been nothing but pleased with both the quality of their products and the services they provide.
We started with the Full Service Webcasting package, and the INXPO webcast engineers executed the webinar builds and live broadcasts so seamlessly. Having a dedicated engineer to rely on allowed us to focus solely on the webcast content and behind-the-scenes work that goes into making a great event for our audience.
This year, we transitioned to their Hybrid Webcasting package. This allows us to build the webinars ourselves on the back-end and take a more hands-on approach to our webcasting. We still have a dedicated engineer for the live day broadcasts and for technical support. It's really the best of both worlds.
I really cannot say enough good things about INXPO ' they provide great products, tailored to our needs, and have a fantastic, helpful team. They help us work smarter, not harder.

INXPO has so many options, but still easy to use
Reviewed on 2015/04/22
I've done webcasts with simple slides and audio. We see people drop off. INXPO has a video feed for webcams and options like polls, videos, screen share, etc. that help keep the audience tuned in.

INXPO-Above and Beyond Client Support and training
Reviewed on 2016/08/23
I have been using INXPO daily as a self-service client for almost four years and it keeps getting better! INXPO offers features and enhancements on every product release, and we should know, as we always have requests as we receive feedback from our online users.
From maintaining the day-to-day updates of our virtual environment to running webinars, I've learned so many ways in which to get the most out of the INXPO tools, with most of the education and support coming from INXPO's team members.
In regards to using the XPOCAST tool, the console is very easy to follow and makes for a quick setup. We've had many of our own speakers provide us with feedback that the tool is very straightforward to use during live presentations and that they like the layout of the presentation console.
Pros
-easy and quick setup
-straightforward use for speakers and moderators
-multiple setup options for streaming
Cons
-more education provided on tech back-up plans for issues such as connectivity and server issues
-more options could be added for branding on presentation consoles when an MP4 video presentation is being built or included
