I like that we are able to create lists with prospecting data, unlike other email platforms. The reporting is solid and its got more power than it can sometimes seem.
It's ugly. This is a rough design with complicated processes that takes time to figure out. My biggest gripe is the editing feature. After scheduling a send, you can go back in and edit the HTML or the send schedule. But the back end will only recognize changes to the HTML. We went to delay a campaign to a different date and thought we were good. Our end said we were. But it sent on the original date because although it allows you to edit the send schedule, it doesn't really. You have to delete and re-do.
