It allows me to track any mention of my brand, so that I can respond accordingly and be aware of everything that's being said about my brand, good or bad. Each mention in the list is given a score as well as a flagging system to help me prioritise which ones require speedy attention. I get regular notifications when new mentions come in, so I never miss a thing\! The tool also allows me to mark any mentions that I want to mark as irrelevant or block completely, and the filter can be great when you want to focus on a single channel, such as Twitter.
