In our case, monday.com was introduced to the workers, and they have given rather positive feedback. The presentation of the project through the platform with pictures enables many people to see the progress of the project at first glance.

The experience itself has been able to organize and increase productivity, provide formal communications with stakeholders, business partners, third party vendors, form teams throughout the company.

Compared to other project management platforms I've used, it's not my favorite.

Since the transition from Zendesk to Monday.com, it doesn't really feel like major thing changes aside from round robin because it is really to use and very similar flow of process & design was made by the apps manager. There is just some minor feature that Monday.com is lacking but hopefully I'm wrong because I don't really know if it's the manager of the platform who can't utilize it yet or its already the way it is.

My overall experience with monday.com has been positive. The platform is highly intuitive, customizable, and efficient for managing projects, workflows, and team collaboration. Monday.com has enabled us to organise data where all team member can find it more efficiently and download files if needed. It helps us keep up with compliance and to-do's using automation's. We can clearly see stages of actions using the status tool. Dashboards are great for providing an overall view of data

It's a blast a keeping myself organized with monday.com. I don't know how I survived without it before. I am significantly more organized and have way less stress trying to keep track of what needs done with which projects.

Overall very positive, I use it daily to manage my tasks and monitor campaign performance.

I have used it for a few years now and in the begining I would face a few bugs that would prevent me from using as much. But within the last 6 months, I've noticed a huge improvement and really enjoy using the platform.
I don't experience bug issues and even if I do, when raised with the support team, they are fixed very quickly.

For our research project, it can improve efficiency and optimize workflows by integrating easily with a variety of other tools and applications, including Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.

My overall experience with Monday.com was a surprising one! It hooked right up with four other programs we use every day . Creating different groups for specific teams within the company was super easy. Video calls with webcams were built right in and sharing files with others within the conference calls did not create any issues at all.
