Pros

Everything is so organized. The search tool is great with finding partial phrases of cases and prospects. It allows us to manage all aspects of the business from contacting leads to managing opportunities and customers. Also, Salesforce integrates with most other tools.

Cons

A few times I didn't receive notifications from the app. I had to log into the app to see them. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, and I haven't had any issues.

too buggy after several years of use no idea of roadmap and customer support outsourced to WGBH who do not have the capacity to handle the problems that are on the round corner end.
