Since using zip recruiter I was able to apply for companies I didn’t know was hiring as well as letting me post jobs when I was needing assistance. It lets the candidate know if they have the right skills for the job instead of you wasting your time and filling out an application not knowing you wasn’t going to get the job at all.

The notifications. Even though I checked my account frequently I would miss some offers. I would love if it would call or somehow make sure no matter what you would be able to receive your notifications in a timely manner.

It's a very good option available for recruiting and when I started my long search for employment. I wanted to apply to as many positions I could that were within my area of interest in order to receive as many interviews as I could. During this process I discovered Ziprecruiter.

Ziprecruiter made it fast and easy to apply to multiple positions within minutes. I applied to a couple of positions on the site and heard from a few of the employers. Whenever an employer contacted me to set up a phone screening or in person interview, I made an effort to read reviews of the company on sites like glassdoor and others that would come up when I googled “Company X reviews” before accepting the interview.
I definitely do not think all companies that post jobs on Ziprecruiter have positive reviews and are for those types of positions, and I think there is a great number of companies on their that do.

It’s a “resume scan and match” site. It really benefits employersas well as job candidates. You can“get hired through ZipRecruiter”.

What happens is an employer posts a job posting through ZipRecruiter; ZipRecruiter acts as an intermediary, and posts the job posting to a lot of job sites.

I liked the base amount of job postings it had available for potential candidates.

I noticed some of the job postings, mainly work from home, weren’t legitimate which is disappointing because it takes away from the overall reliability of the site.

I appreciate all the different things ZipRecruiter offers. Job postings, The Ability to search for applicants using key words, messaging potential applicants and organizing data.

In ZipRecruiter I feel sometimes I may overlook applications. If an individuals resume doesn’t have a keyword I type in, I may not see their resume and pass over a great potential coworker.

I really like the new AI screening feature. It really allowed me to tailor my search in a way that felt personal and usable.

So far I haven't had any negative interactions with ZipRecruiter.

No pros to mention. They sent candidates that wasn't even close to be qualified

Everything about this company was bad. Even after cancelled they continued to run my card for $475 four times. Look elsewhere.

Don't seem to know how that would work out for the hacker

The ease of posting open position and getting candidates for interviews.

The quality of the candidates can be improve with their internal screening.

I love that they thought of all the necessary features that employers and employees might need when job searching. Also the easiness of the site to navigate is a plus.

I disliked that some of the jobs posted on this site weren't verified employers and some were scam people pretending to be employers.

- It is easy to use and less complicated, making your day perfect.
- It has custom and geographical job search capabilities, so you can choose the radius miles where you're looking for work. I applied to a lot of jobs in less than half an hour. It's amazing
- Customer support is fast

- The price seems to be a bit high.
- The search range is so wide that it's not easy to find the specific job you want.
- There were a lot of advertising emails

It works well to organize new employment opportunities. Good way of keeping track of candidates. Easy to search qualifications and narrow options down.

The site is not quite as easy to use as other sites such as Indeed or LinkedIn. Could use some user friendly upgrade.

This software is very easy to use and well accessible, even for fresh graduates. It is user-friendly and the customer support are quick to respond

Sometimes they do not send job opportunities based on your location. Well, I don't know if its only me, though

I think it is a great platform for recruiters and job seekers. I am fascinated by the way the algorithm works by going through the resumes and matching people to the right jobs. Also, the fact that they are always updating their website with new jobs and immediately notifying everyone is highly commendable. I will definitely recommend

I think their should be more broad by having vacancies from all over the world, especially in Africa. People from that Region struggle to have jobs from there.

Always pick up proper job information for new job positing with reflecting important skills and experience

I liked that it was uncomplicated to search for jobs. There wasn't a large amount of information to fill out beforehand and there are many opportunities posted. It was easy to apply and I got several callbacks. I got much more interest than I did from other places like Indeed.

One thing I did not like is that it seems the recruiters are not properly vetted before creating posts. I did get quite a few spam calls/emails. Also, some of the job post information is not correct. There were several times when the salary that was offered did not match what the posting listed.

I like how you can actually see who checked out your profile & resume. You can even set it so you decide what people see & even find people you might know. It also has the added bonus of being popular enough that other sites have integrated it into their searches

It's a little confusing to start out. They have tons of options & it can be a bit overwhelming
