Allocadia - powerful and easy budgeting for marketing

Love it! It's a really great tool!

Pros

It's straightforward. If you've ever managed a budget in a spreadsheet, this is easy to adapt to. It's so helpful to cleanly track commitment against budget and tie spend to a salesforce campaign's cost field.

Cons

As you'd expect the platform isn't as flexible as a spreadsheet. Entering reoccurring monthly costs isn't as fast as it should be for example.Reporting is most mean't for budget owners and seniors execs. Doesn't due granular attribution like other tools do (nor is it sold this way).

Budget allocation simplified

Used it for less than 6 months. My team loves the tool.

Pros

We’re using this to manage our team budgets and the best part is at by given Point all of us know what the budget is no matter where we access this tool from

Cons

A lot of manual work is required to be done. It’ll be easy if it automates a few things and If the tool is a little more intuitive.
