The software is sturdy and very user friendly. But I must say that what I like best is the team of people behind it, and the way they become one with our team in helping us reach our goals.

We had some bugs in the beginning, nothing major, and we were able to work together in finding a quick response.

The software is effective and translates large amounts of articles efficiently.

Sometimes processes and the way of working can be a little inefficient and complicate things. Small changes/questions can affect the entire process and create more of a workload for the users, because the process isn't that flexible.
Also, checking the translations is always necessary to avoid (simple) (grammar) mistakes.

No real negatives. finding the best way to implement the tool across all our markets and mapping best practice for efficiency was critical.

Understanding the technical configuration has been a bit difficult

We love the hands - off approach and continuity between our two sides of business - print and digital.

Thankfully we have an in-house development team to help implement, but it could be challenging for groups who do not.

I love how Transperfect and Global Link adapt with the times. It just get better and better.

It was initally a little clunky but they have streamilined and made this product really slick.

The configuration and setup are relatively easy.

Hard to sell to management but not unsurmountable.

Specifically OneLink takes away a great deal of the burden associated with localizing a website that's under continuous delivery. It practically just like point it at your site and you've got a localized site. No need for tons of personnel and infrastructure on the back end.

No other vendor has a product like this so it ties you to them for the long haul. But the benefits are worth it.

It supports multiple integrations with other tools.

The integration with our CMS ultimately wound up being a huge benefit for our company. Being able to run workflow through our CMS and seamlessly create translation jobs which are then returned back to the CMS enables our team to stay lean and focused on adding value rather than worrying about large administrative tasks.

It takes careful planning, communication, and execution to get things dialed in correctly. Fortunately the technical support was able to get us to where we needed to be. At times getting everything connected correctly was labor-intensive.

Using the TransPort portal makes my life easy whether it be uploading 50+ documents at one time, choosing languages, or storing archived projects. Very user-friendly and easy to use.

Havent had any negative experiences to offer feedback on this.

Full customization is difficult to make relevant to everyone.
