Ease of use, great communicating tools internally and easily scaleable.

Took quite some time to iron out the bugs and make the software work for our purposes.

Almost nothing except for the review functionality.

Nothing is user friendly, shifting tasks makes no sense and my team and I constantly have to go in and manually adjust things. Glitchy and finicky. We have had three meetings in two months to go over how to use this software and every time something goes wrong during the demo. THREE meetings with all the same people because literally everyone has something go wrong when they submit a project.

I like the main view the my work page. It's easy to tell the status of a project

I seem to not get notifications, also it will glitch out sometimes. I wish there was a better calendar view that told me just when things are due and what the project is and not the task.

Can be overwhelming for a first time user to use it to its full capacity

[sensitive content hidden] in support. Everyone at Robohead has been so much more than helpful. And the short/sweet webinars are also great. Robohead is super flexible and can be made to work in so many different ways!

No app, mobile website is a challenge (for me). There are a few tweaks and features I've asked for - some have been implemented, some have not.

I like the ease of use and the features.

It is a tad costly. We have a plan plus extra users.

I like that it's structured and there's lots of ways to connect communication points within a team and an external project requester.

The lack of customization, the rigidity of the templates, the flow of building projects and communications. It seems unnecessarily messy and not an easy on the eyes interface.

What I like most about this software is how it can be customized to any area of the company. It is a growing project management system that can be changed in a fly.

The only thing we don't love is the fact about the extra steps in assigning a project and not able to customize the reviews.

It's very easy to add and edit tasks. We are able to switch roles and responsibilities on projects easily between designated users.

It's important because we do pre-production work on many projects at the same time. It would be nice to have a better unified way of viewing "My Work" where projects were grouped together in a clear way. as it stands it's just a huge task list and it's hard to tell which task belongs to which project, even if you sort by "job" number. It would be nice if this information was presented in a clearer way.

User friendly. I am able to send requests to MARCOM and am notified when approved.

Sometimes I have trouble finding things.

How easy to navigate, the end to end result is very easy to follow.

The tool is very helpful it really streamlines the process.

Easy to set up and learn; keeps us on track; love the ability to make edits and share with the entire team

If team members do not pay attention, they can easily turn to using email again for approval. We also need guidance/training on duplicating past events each year; we seemed to have duplicated the dates as well (deadlines) and then requires us to take time to change them.

I like how I am able to see all the projects at once, and how easy it is to use certain functions in reference to leaving comments and etc.

I wish there was an easier way for when looking at a project and if you don't have to do anything going back to where you left on on the list to catch up versus having to do multiple steps and sometimes recheck projects to find out where you left off.

The feature of seeing comments by other contributors on documents.

Tracking my documents was difficult and very cumbersome.

I like the ease of use to submit tickets and the ability to add notes to tickets. It's an efficient way to keep organized and on top of project management with our creative team.

Sometimes files don't upload properly or won't open if attached to ticket.

I love the ease of the program, when creating projects for the company.

The feature I least like is it does not give a update once the assignment has been started.

Robohead is a very customizable system that can be adjusted to meet the needs of the team. We use the system to oversee all of the projects funneling through our internal creative agency, and it's simple for each account/project manager to customize the views to see only the items relevant to their daily work, but we can see the bigger picture of what our team is working on too.

The customer service is excellent - I always receive timely assistance when I chat with the support team, and most of the time they can resolve the issue on the spot. In the event that they cannot quickly resolve the issue, I receive detailed follow-up when they do resolve it.

Robohead also listens to their customers through the enhancement suggestions. The release webinars are valuable to learn about the updates and new features that are added.

There are a few pieces of browser functionality that don't work with RH. Currently there's not a way to duplicate a tab in the browser and get to the same place in RH (this would be useful when cross-referencing job details and reviews, for example) and the "back" button doesn't work either. Neither are deal-breakers, just would be nice to have.

It would be nice for account/project managers to be able to organize the "My Work" view for project team members (when multiple tasks for different projects are due on the same day, sometimes there is a certain order that things should be worked on, and that has to be manually communicated instead of something we can organize in the system).

Ease of setting up templates, training staff, running reports, sharing files.

This is more suited to an agency with hour an resource tracking. We don't use a lot of the features because we are an in-house marketing department and don't do billable hours. We have asked for there to be functionality to have folders within tabs (for example files) so when you are uploading supporting documents they live in a folder not as individual items within the tab.

I like that as a beginner in project management, it is easy to navigate and use. Robohead is very receptive to feedback to help tailor the experience to each company and support is incredibly fast and helpful when you reach out.

I would like to be able to see if some else on my team is approving a request or is in the project. I would also like to be able to copy and paste users in review section of the project form.
