Zoho Projects allows me to eradicate manual workflow when planning, tracking and managing projects and tasks.

I do not have any aspect that I like least about Zoho Projects at the moment.

WE USE ZOHO BOOKS AND ZOHO PROJECTS CAN BE LINKED WITH BOOKS

IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY, IT IS HARD TO MANOUVER AND START A PROJECT

I can easily customize Zoho Projects according to my needs. It is simple to view project status with this tool.It is simple to plan and manage daily projects with Zoho Projects.

I don't find any limitations with Zoho Projects that I can highlight.

I like that Zoho Projects makes it easy for us (teams) to plan, track, manage and collaborate on tasks.

Zoho Projects is a flawless tool even though I have used it for less than a year.

The project assigning is confusing, I sometimes need to add multiple people to the same project, which looks confusing to implement.

Uploading files is bit slow. The storage capacity also needs to be improved.

Zoho projects is super intuitive and well laid out so things are easy to find. The price compared to the feature list is unbeatable. They also offer a whole suite of other tools.

Zoho is not as complex as many other PM packages, but you are not paying a premium price for every bell and whistle.

What I like the most, is that it's much easier to use and especially introduce to workers that never even know or grasp any project management apps is. Not too mention the fact that it is very easy to train the team that having limited IT capability or knowledge.

The only weakness that I encounter is that I can't customize the project number id and task number id.

The easy way to setup the tasks; the automatic relations between dependencies makes easier the plannification and trackness of the project.

In some times i get confused when I working in the dependences because I can See all the tasks so I don'd remember all the adjacent tasks. It makes a bit tedious.

Zoho Projects allows easy document and multiple projects easy management product and the ability to create data analytics is effective.
The project data insights collection, resource management and the coordination functionality with Zoho Projects is more profitable.

I love the easy on implementing this product and the training curve is short and no dislike found.
