Zoho Recruit is an excellent Application Tracking System that has streamlined my work and made my recruiting process very efficient. Every interaction with the candidate can be traced along with the history of conversation. This help tremendously when candidates reapply. The Hiring Pipeline allows me to customize the recruiting process and keep track of how candidates are moving through the recruiting process. The workflow rules allow me to create email triggers and save time on common rule based notifications to candidates. And the auto created job postings page makes it easy for me to post new job positions and capture candidate resume and data directly into my system without writing a line of code.

Zoho's tiers are very rigid, and I would hope they would make their product more modular and allow customers to buy modules piecemeal. For a small startup, the professional and enterprise grade turn out to be very expensive, and we could easily trade some features we don't use for features we would like to use.

Zoho Recruit allows me to manage the entirety of my recruitment process. It helps me create job postings, schedule interviews, sort candidates, and more. The automation feature for certain tasks is also a major plus.

I didn't like the analysis and reporting provided by Zoho Recruit for evaluating the recruitment process, which I found less effective.

It's ease of use. Off it's easy to navigate your way round and I like how customizable the options are. The UI is easy on the eye and allows quick options for viewing cvs notes and uploading documents into the file

Although the user interface is nice and easy it does feel a little outdated compared to other systems i've used. In terms of functionality but just perhaps be a little more pretty on the eye

Zoho Recruit allows Recruiters to recruit and handle the 360 of recruiting. Their platform is awesome, especially being able to create workflows, hand off to hiring manager, templates and just the User Interface and WORKING mobile app.

There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Recruit it connects with all my applications.

I like the Access to the free job boards. I also like the career page option. I can use that to source candidates more organically.

There are too many limitations on the free trial which make it hard to fully evaluate.

Maybe a step by step to do list with tutorial to kick off the platform would have been useful.

It was very easy to set up a recruitment page.

I haven't figured it all out yet. I can't find a feature to send out emails to candidates.

It is a very well written programme. I really like the total ability to customize almost all fields

It is sometimes a bit slow on some systems.

The start up can be a little difficult to initialize.

The job board integration is beneficial in advertising jobs on multiple job platforms.

The social recruiting feature is not that great.

Additionally, some of the advanced features may require a steep learning curve, and occasional updates can temporarily disrupt workflows

Nothing I can think of at the moment. Campaign set up can be more user friendly

I've used Zoho before and its got even better so many extra add on to help make recruitment much smother and streamlined. What i love most is being able to add the telephony to the database to make calls and it records everything.

No negatives really all work as it should

Zoho is definitely one of the easiest to use recruiting apps. It has multiple features and plug ins that make managing a huge talent pool super easy. It has features that can be altered according to your needs and that is fantastic.

I think it can be a bit complicated to use for someone who is not good with handling technology. But it also makes sense because it has multiple features.

Resume parsing is great it can pull resumes from Outlook ngmail

It's an all in one stop shop. I love that Zoho covers all your business needs
