I love the ability to track my time precisely, the 5pm Time Tracking Widget is a GOD SEND ! Im very pleased with the fact that I'm able to leave notes in project tasks, and I'm also able to make changes to those tasks. My productivity levels are through the roof !

The one and ONLY con that comes to mind, is the design of the software. Its very dated and archaic. It would be awesome if it was updated to be more visually stimulating.

It's fairly easy to use. Has many features although I have little use for most of them personally.

It gets slow at times and some features are unintuitive.

5pm is easy to use for keeping track of projects and tasks.

I would like some more features for proofing.

It is easy to communicate with others and keep others informed about the progress.

It is often slow and has an outdated functionality.

It is relatively intuitive and easy to teach yourself. Wish my company would use it more efficiently.

Our company likely did not understand the full capabilities of 5PM during the initial rollout and have made it more difficult to use than it should be. We have a very diverse workforce, and some of the different demographics have a hard time using and teaching themselves different functions in the software. Not a fault of 5PM, but just wanted to give some feedback.

Easy of use. No training required to be up and running. The interface is intuitive.

The attachment size could be bigger. I am forced at times to resort to a different method of transferring files. The overall visual design of the site could be cleaner.

User-friendliness is top of mind when thinking about the pros of 5 pm. Features are presented in a way that is very intuitive AND you can customize your dashboard for added personalization. 5 PM has pretty robust filters and a sorting feature. Bonus perks are great pricing, easy to switch languages and an awesome app that makes on the go updates seamless.

The search feature seems to match things that are not applicable. You might also experience some lag time and the design is not the most modern but overall I find the software to be very useful!

I looked high and low for software that would allow a fast-paced consulting firm with remote employees to easily see how projects are going and allow quick timeline adjustments based on quick huddles with employees.

It would be nice to have a few more custom fields available for more granular sorting. Also, better handling of non-project tasks would be helpful. Lastly -- a crm component would be cool.

I like how it is organized and the features it offers with reporting and time tracking. It's great for collaborating with a team.

Sometimes the program is laggy and often times it makes me refresh the page and resign in after a period of time of not using the program.

It's easier to use and read the post. When we have such detailed information to share with among team, it is legit and convenient to comprehend

I cannot edit and add color on the post. And I cannot post the table on the post as well.

5pm works great for keeping our team on track and managing deadlines. We have have never had an issue with the software. It does just what we want it to do, manage projects internally. Keep up the good work guys.

Could be a couple of bucks cheaper for what you get.

Easy to organize projects and tasks for the different departments in our marketing department.

Sometimes hard to use the search or i accidentally have all users view selected.

It seems to have functionality for most general needs. You can create tasks and assign people to them and whatnot.

UI is cluttered, ugly, and un-ituitive. Would greatly benefit from a rework. I5pm may actually be more functional than I've given it credit for but I'm not going to try and dig through features I can't find or try and figure out the difference between a task and an activity or take any real amount of time if I can't log on and figure it out in under a minute.

It is fairly easy to navigate. I like that I can go directly to my tasks and see what I have for deadlines.

I think the look and interface could be more visually appealing.

I really like the ease with which you can use a template to import new projects as it saves our company a lot of time as projects for us are almost identical, varying only by different customers, modules purchased, dates to start etc. I also love the ease with which you can print or export the whole project, all tasks, sub-tasks etc

Changing the dates of the parent project or a task within it does not always realign the due dates for the the dependent tasks which can be frustrating.

I like that I can go on and see my correspondence with the marketing/communications department. I can see where we last left off.

I would like to be able to only see my files when I log in not everyone's projects. I also find it hard to find certain documents/files as the marketing dept. titles them, not me. I would love to be able to see files grouped by year or month and year.

A remainder and also act as a To do list for daily task to ensure things and task will not be forgotten

Too lag at times took some time to load.

It's easy to use and i like that is sends and email to the project team for timely and easy communication updates.

Sometimes the features are difficult to figure out at first and i still can't figure out how to update my password.

Easy to use for group projects. Members can add details and complete tasks.

Nothing. But here are times when it doesn't automatically task members but you can choose them manually.
