I had a problem choosing my plan and I was very well attended and they solved my problem.

somewhat limited in the referral program.

With referral candy, I like that everything works automatically in the background with little work required after set up.

It was challenging to integrate Referral Candy with Klaviyo at first - it would be really great if a member from RC could onboard the program to our marktechstack for us.

Great CS! JC was patient and responsive. His knowledge of the product is excellent– he helped me understand the platform more.

I hope there are more features available like scheduling of payout, trigger requirements for payout, multiple rewards system.

It is very easy to set up and having help during the process from [sensitive content hidden] who was so responsive and quick to help was great.

My least favorite thing is the limited Widget Customization

The support team are very understanding and offers great support whenever needed.

It would be great if the content seen by our customers had more options to edit.

ReferralCandy is a simple to use and cost effective app to grow your ecommerce referrals.

The UI could be a bit cleaner and there could be more functionality for managers

I am just starting to use this app and had some questions. I love how quickly I get chat responses and most recently the assistance from [sensitive content hidden] was above and beyond. She helped answer all my questions and even edited a product photo for me so that it met the size requirements for the app.

As a brand new user, it's too early for me to say.

I wish there was a checklist to follow for setting up a referral program. (Maybe I missed this).

As title says. I'm new to RC and was setting up a campaign with a lot of requirements. Referral Candy was able to meet those requirements. Shout out to [sensitive content hidden] from customer support who was able to answer all my questions and take me through the whole process!

It's not the easiest platform to implement.

In regards to Customer Support received - I reached out for help on questions I had regarding functionality and how to access languages. [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful, professional and quick to reply to my queries.

The app's ease of implementation and the flexibility to customize and edit themes is extremely satisfying. Additionally, the customer and developer support have been exceptionally helpful.

It appears that tracking referrals may sometimes fail, possibly due to configuration issues or compatibility problems with our platform.

Not easy to turn on and turn off any campaign through a button..

The application is very easy to use and you can implement a referral scheme in a matter of hours. The customer service is great and they help you to solve any kind of doubt immediately.

It lacks functionality and integration with more applications. They are improving in this aspect.

The type of referral campaign rewards are very good - easy to set up. Very good customer service!

UX of platform is not very good. Only being able to create one campaign at once, having to ask customer support to pause a campaign for me since users can't do it themselves.

Few examples how other brands have used it... How often to use it, where it is placed on out site, examples of the process etcThe software didn’t work for our trial period. Without asking, they billed a year in advance, even before it worked. We are now 6 weeks in and have not used it once and have so far paid over $500!!Customer service is also poor! With no response to messaging, thus the review. I told them if they didn't get back to me I will write the review and hey ho... they didn't respond.We are still trying to get the money back and still trying to make it work, to then decide if it is good or not ! I like the relative ease to set up the referrals. It only took a few minutes to arrange.

I wish there was more customization for the emails. There is a lot available but some other options of design elements and layouts would be really neat to see, especially like the way OptiMonk uses super clean layouts for their widgets.

I've lost the historical activities of the customer I was looking for.
