iTouchVision HR Helpdesk Overview

Case management for HR simplifies your job and helps you keep on top of deadlines. It enables HR staff to process enquiries more efficiently by making pre-formulated online forms available to employees. Those online forms are easily configurable by the HR staff and can be used for instance to report a safety or health issue, to request a holiday, a maternity leave, ... or anything else your business needs. HR staff are then able to see all requests at a glance, to give them a priority level, to select a due date, to allocate and process them.

Case management for HR is a multi-channel platform which gives employees a choice in how to interact with HR. It can be either via the web, mobile, social media or telephone (via our contact centre).

iTouch Vision has provided us with a cheap but very effective way of engaging with our customers through a different media channel. It has also allowed our residents to contact or report issues to the council at their own convenience. The app has been very well received by our residents and we now have over 800 regular users. In addition, elected members have found the app easy to use and it has formed an integral part of the authority’s campaign. iTouchvision have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the implementation programme and have been a pleasure to work with.
